I agree with that assessment. When I was growing up as a Christian, church was only attended on sundays for about an hour or so, and sometimes maybe a Tuesday night or Wednesday night-but only a few people attended those nights. As time went on, most people seemed to not even do that. Eventually, you’d see a lot of people on Christmas and/or Easter, then you wouldn’t see those people there the rest of the year. This translates to a large number of Christians who vary on their individual beliefs of Christianity. That’s why most Christians who are of the same denomination will give various explanations if asked to explain the trinity. On top of that, many people drink, smoke, use profanity and are promiscuous during the week, then go to church on Sunday maybe, then start the week over again. It’s not surprising that many church’s end up closing the doors for good, as they are losing overall attendance. Most people who do go, including myself back in the day, just went because our parents told us to go and we were basically just going through the motions. Church leaders shy away when people ask for proofs and evidences of things. I was told from the priest of a church to not ask questions about things and to just “believe”. So it’s literal blind faith and refraining from seeking proof. Who wants that?
After accepting Islam, I noticed a massive change in this area with Muslims and their attendance to the masjid. Fridays at every mosque are packed! Many times you can’t even find a parking space and in Ontario Canada, I frequently saw cars parked all over the place on the grass or nearby business parking lots because the overflow was that large (brothers and sisters, please don’t park on the grass or blocking exits or at other businesses without permission, as we want to give people a positive view of Muslims and Islam). You will most alway find the doors of the masjid unlocked during morning, daytime and evening hours. Food and drink is often found onsite, gatherings take place to review books of the scholars and the pious worshippers who preceded us. Lectures, classes and workshops are going on all week long (mainly at masajid of ahul Sunnah), and proofs and evidences in the religion are discussed at great lengths.
The frequency of masjid attendance directly relates to the worshipers themselves and this can seen by the character of the people who attend.

For the past year, I've actually been staying in a Mosque society by choice. I wanted to take a new stride in life and learn how to be apart of a community, and so I asked my father to get me into a dorm at a mosque. I swear, it has everything... Water, electricity, clean facilities, office space, sleeping quarters, study areas, kitchens, even a tele...it even has wifi.
And it is full of youngsters and kids. It is always open, never locked. You can literally become a part of the community by just sticking around. They often take people from broken homes or even ex drug-addicts for reformation, but they focus more on assisting the kids. It truly is wonderful. This community actually made me discover more about faith, and even lead me to this channel a few months back in Ramadan.
Trust me, this is what Islamic brotherhood looks like.
It isnt a special place for orphans or reformation, rather it is an institution with its doors wide open for those who lack something in their life. The people are strict but that makes them disciplined.

They are a just ruler, a youth who grew up in the worship of Allah, one whose heart is attached to the mosques, two who love each other, meet each other, and depart from each other for the sake of Allah, a man who is tempted by a beautiful woman of high status but he rejects her, saying , ‘I fear Allah,’ and one spends in charity and conceals it such that his right hand does not know what his left hand has given, and one who remembered Allah in private and he wept.”

Whoever turns back among you from his religion, then soon (will) bring Allah a people whom He loves and they love Him, humble towards the believers (and) stern towards the disbelievers; striving in (the) way (of) Allah and not fearing the blame (of) a critic. That (is the) Grace (of) Allah, He grants whom He wills. And Allah (is) All-Encompassing, All-Knowing. This has been always a powerful reminder for me.

You can't miss it if you pay attention to details.
Prophet Muhammad's father died long before he was met by the angel he claimed introduced Islam to him. His father's name is 'slave of Allah'. Is it the same Allah of islam or another?
Judaism and Christianity that existed before Islam only believed God relating to mankind as children not as slaves, if we were to assume Muhammads parents were practicing either.
But we got to have an understanding of the gods they were serving when the prophet was crying because his parents went to hell. The same Allah of his parents, he introduced in islam. Because that's their family religion.
I hope you know that the God of the Bible is not the same person as the Allah of the Quran.
It is easy to assume otherwise if all you read is the Qur'an and hadiths.
Let's assume the PIN to your phone is 1234, whenever anyone types 2341, 3214 etc, even though it has exactly 1, 2, 3, and 4, as long as it is not in the same order, it can never unlock the phone. This principle can be applied to the person of God.
Let me show you a few instances from the Bible and the Quran.
      1. The Bible says Adam was created in the garden of Eden, the Qur'an says in paradise. Archeologists have found the location of Eden somewhere in Saudi Arabia based on the biblical descriptions. No such can be said about the quranic claim.
      2. The Bible says Noah's ark rested on mount Ararat, the Quran says mount Judi. Archeologists found the remains of the ark on mount Ararat. Mount Ararat is about 9 hours journey by road from mount Judi.
If the Qur'an cannot lead you to a location it claims here on earth, how can you trust that it will lead you to where it says in paradise.
I can go on and on and on and on...
God warned us not to serve any other god because He knows that satan is so obsessed with receiving worship. That's exactly why God expelled him out of heaven. Isaiah 14:12-19 Ezekiel 28:11-19 and Revelation 12:7-12 all recorded the fall of satan. Which is also contrary to the record in Quran 7:11-18.
If it was the same God, we won't have two different stories about the same event like we have.
The Bible is proven over and over to be true. Come to Jesus today and find rest for your soul.

    Hello Paul
Here are my thoughts on the subject.
As a baby boomer born in London in the early 1950s I saw the decline in the church,.
We had TV and pubs and most people of my parents age wanted the good times to roll, bear in mind they were born between the wars, went through the depression and a horrible war, also Christianity is more of an appendage to life in the UK.
In the 60s we had pop music, the media gradually eroding the establishment.
If it felt good then do it, drugs sex same sex what ever and now we have a Godless Immoral society.
Let's contrast this with people fro. Islamic countries.
Unlike in the West if you asked people in Islamic countries who they are they would tell you that being Muslim is who they are, it's not just an add on.
It may also explain why so many Anglo Saxon s revert as they seek identify and meaning.
White girls especially seem to revert as they shrug off consumerism, alcohol and simply.being a sexual object.
It's funny that many who are very feminist choose to cover up and where hijab.

The problem with Christianity is from the beginning they ignoring their own rules! If you look at your holy bible, lot of law and principles were simply abandoned just because you think 'it is considered dated'. Look at hijab; It's clearly a law in bible but you people simply ignore it. As time goes by, some of your church now accepting LGBTQ! Just because is is a new trend of lifestyle. I won't be surprised if church will accept incest in future!

@@azlirazli7500 firstly you mention you people etc meaning me.
Let me ask you one question.
      I. What part of my comment do I say I am a Christian??????
I feel you may be right about incest, even sex with animals.
I do think though that you can follow laws as much as you like and somehow all you are doing is following a religious framework which doesn't make you a spiritual person .
As an example you can adhere to all the pillars of Islam All 5 of them but it really doesn't mean your dedicated.
Sorry I'm not picking on Islam many people get baptized and confirmed and they are simply nominal Christians.
Also if you don't love people it really means nothing.
Also for so many being under hijab is only a culture thing, they don't do it our of love for Allah or even modesty.
Should Christian women cover up, well certainly women show much more than they did.
      Wa aliekum salaam

Yeah, the muslims may just practicing 5 pillars as basic (piety is something different and not everyone is pius). But at least the muslims follow the basic modesty and rules in their religion and for over 1000 years, no different (or very minor). I think the ability to preserve the original religious value is something Christianity dont have. Christian people tend to evolve and change their laws and we will see more and more adjustment in Christianity in near future perhaps to ensure they remain relevance through period of time. In the meantime the church will find whatever reason to justify their action in the name of god as always.

Just some thoughts while watching this video - great work again Paul by the way.
Had to pause at 4:06 as I had a brain worm, it may be discussed later in the video but as of right now it hasn’t. But I was thinking why are the churches so empty while the mosques are so full? What’s the reason for that.
Well to my mind comes a couple of things. Firstly religion is an important thing and to muslims the most important and children are surrounded with this from an early age learning about the religion. Is this the same for all Christians? Perhaps not.
But it comes down to something perhaps a bit deeper, where muslim doctrine is simple, easy to follow and logical. It is unchanging for no person, time or land and is central to ones life (as the woman quoted so elegantly put it).
Christian doctrine is the opposite, it is confusing to the extent where many will have trouble answering simple questions and one receiving many different answers to the same question and if this is the case amongst believers of Christianity what of their youth who would undoubtedly ask over and over again? It is also shifting to the times, where priests and bishops etc manipulate the faith allowing the norms of the times to be accepted while ignoring portions of the text. This doesn’t happen in Islam as it is unwavering and Muslims do not apologise for this, nor should they.
Just my thoughts. Now to press play.

@Jesus Christ Is Alive funny how Christians have to quote John almost exclusively to justify their beliefs, the latest of the ‘gospels’ all of which never said they were scripture. Huge swathes of which are full of forgery etc you’d know this if you objectively, putting your bias aside, watched Paul’s videos here. Now, If all the books are to be followed why are Christians of today so happy to modify the teachings of the bible with regard to LGBT for example?

@Jesus Christ Is Alive we are all sinners. No one is perfect. So only certain people fit a criteria set and written by someone we don’t know and from that you derive doctrine? Bit of a difficult thing to comprehend. I’d assume you must be sinless as you apparently must be a born again Christian.
Sadly your claim about none of the books being ignored falls flat - as you have shown Christians like to pick and choose certain verses neglecting large chunks focussing on the ones where they can read the trinity into it or deify Christ. Incredible really. Why not discuss how mark differs from Matthew when the man comes to Jesus and asks how can be attain eternal life, why are these different but marks reading is relegated. Luke rejects that Christ is god but again John is regurgitated because it fits more with the creed. A creed agreed in parts centuries after the events. Events which faith is placed in such as the resurrection may not even have happened!! Don’t believe me, look through some of Paul’s videos on this channel!

@Jesus Christ Is Alive I never said I would live an LGBT lifestyle what a ridiculous strawman argument. You quote passages of Paul’s letters - I have little to no respect for any of his writings we know for a FACT he never met Jesus and by his own admission he saw a vision only. He claims to have seen Jesus but let’s me honest he probably saw Satan who’s laughing at Christians worldwide for their idolatary. What authority this gives him to claim he can change the law who knows when Jesus himself said I have not come to change the law!
Humans by their nature sin I’m sorry but we do I agree we must repent but we repent only to God and God alone, the god of Jesus, Moses, Abraham and Adam etc. To claim someone is an apostate based on, let’s be frank, anonymous writings in the main which never claimed to be scripture but were later seen as scripture is an arrogant position to hold.

The philosophy of the rich and the poor is this: "the rich invest their money and spend what is left. The poor spend their money and invest what is left".

Perhaps this is reflective of the idea of 'The Church' being embodied in the building, that is a hierarchical space that has an administration and membership etc. whereas there is no institution of 'The Mosque' and no hierarchy of imams.
Historically the Quran was accessible to all from the start and Muslim scholars worked hard to make it as accessible as possible with their work on linguistics and grammar. Whereas the Bible has only been available to the layman for the past 500 years or so, before that being in Latin and not intended for the masses. The contrasting mindsets are evident in the architecture. I have visited many churches in the UK and Europe, though these are naturally larger ones with public access. And whilst often beautiful and impressive, they are clearly designed to demonstrate the power of the Church and the subservience expected of the attendee. Modern churches are not all like this of course, and evangelist churches seem more communal. But this still contrasts massively with even the most sacred places in Islam. Visit Mecca, Medina or Al-Aqsa and those places are remarkably free and open and one feels a strong sense of belonging, being at home and being at peace.

    MasyaAllah 🌺
    Alhamdulillah 🌺
My third wife, born a Christian and now a Muslim convert. She is very happy that now she could communicate directly to Allah SWT, worship him, seek for forgiveness and repent. According to her, she feels very peaceful at the time of prayers. She is also indeed very happy that she could attend the Friday night ceramah with my other wives and all our children in the mesjid. Alhamdulillah.
Anyway, as for me, I don't really care about those people who put negative comment about the Quran. Muslim and those who reverted to Islam whole heartedly believe that Quran is the word of Allah SWT and there is only one version in Arabic found worldwide and there is onlyone Quran. Of course there are many copies of translated versions, but the translated versions will always come along with the Arab language, prevent the Quran from having mistakes and going astray. There are millions of Muslims who have memories the whole volumes of the Quran today. In Islamic nation, children are being taught to be takfis (individuals who memoriesthe whole verses by verses, words the words. I myself memorised all the last 20 short surahs of the Quran and I read them during prayers and I also memories other surahs such as the Al Baqarah, Yasin, Ar Rahman, Al Wakiah and the Al Mulk. Alhamdulillah. That is the beauty about Islam. Although, the copies of Quran might destroyed by the kafiruns, Muslims who memories it will maintain the purity of the Quran. Anyway, when there are mistakes found in the Quran it will be easily detected and corrected immediately. Muslims will not allowed even a tiny mistake occurred in the billion copies of the Quran distributed around the world.
"Ashadu Allah ilaha illalla wa ashaduanna Muhammadan abduhu wa rasuluhu"
"I bear withness that there is only one Allah SWT and Prophet Muhammad PBUH is the messenger of Allah SWT"
    Alhamdulillah..!
May Allah SWT bless all the ummah who are obedient to the teaching of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH, will be given a place in Jannah. Aamiin 💕 🌙 🕌 🌺

The Christian population should wake up in the UK.
I am an Indian Christian ,& all Churches here Catholic or Protestant are always packed!
We have lot of community engagements & gatherings & 50% of the Christian gatherings are all teen agers or young men & woman.
Of course Christians & Hindus who are 70% of India's population live in absolute perfect harmony!!
UK Church leaders should take tips from their Indian counterparts!!
We must focus on the teachings of Christ in true spirit.
The greatest spiritual gurus Or teachers as in English are Lord Buddha,Yeshua (Jesus in English)& quite a few Sonatan faith (Hinduism) religious gurus of ancient India.
So these great teachings must be preserved & not give way to just routine religious practices for political gains.I don't want to go into details on this platform!

@@mindexcursion9856 what you have of the history of Jesus is such a small amount. 4 gospels and Christian scholars say none of them were written by eyewitnesses. We also know at least 100 other gospels existed in synagogues and temples and communities. These were predominantly Jewish and Unitarian. We can't say exactly but based on trinitarian writings of later there were accusations leveled that these "heretics" believed Jesus was Messiah but not God, not crucified and that he ascended alive. In the 500 years you mentioned, much fraud and forgery was committed by the Roman church. Not my opinion but that of scholars. Argue with them.

We are all being asked to respond to being alive by recognising Allah is asking that every thought we think, every action we do, everything we eat, every step we take, every cent/penny that we spend follows the way Our Creator and Sponsor has set up and is commanding of us.
But Humanity has just become consumers, if this place sponsoring our lives, and of a huge false spiritual fire consuming this beautiful planet, all set up under a false religious guide called the modern western economy.
The establishment of false valued of life that only puts a monetary iconic numbers value onto everything in life, devaluing life away from the way Allah intended us to give it's true value.
A value given that was given to us not to take for granted but to cherish and protect.
Our Prophet explained that humanity had no right to hurt a tree or needlessly kill Allah's creatures or even hurt any innocent person even in a state of war, but this modern monster system humanity now lives under constantly does this and far worse in times of peace and prosperity.
Opposing all it can, to put its false claim of ownership onto these things humanity had no right to take the rights away from.
So called Muslims stand proud looking down on others like Christians, by boasting and claiming they are in the right while everyone else is wrong.
But Christi-anity is only one side of the terrible evil sweeping accross this planet (the Gog of Magog).
Those arrogantly claiming themselves Muslims are the other side of that evil that stands up in their own arrogance against them.
    The last message of
Y' Essa that was written in the book of Christians still holds as true described this event in great detail, that was also confirmed by Our Prophet Mohammad, screaming out to humanity to "come out of this evil, not to be part of its terrible sin that has reached up to heaven"
An evil consuming manmade monster creating a spiritual hellfire on earth, destroying the Planet that Allah created for us all to protect.
Allah still calls on us not to be part of this evilness of human-kind that contra-dicts its own name and nature. Evoking a greedy self-centred conceited nation of people that have lost the true meaning of what human kindness really means in the way humanity lives life so wrongly.
Worshipping Baal, a false concept of life that attempts to balance what it knows so well to be so wrong.
Yet with all its knowledge of the truth those calling themselves Muslims contradicts this higher truth and claim their lives are still Halel.
But they are just following a dead skeleton of what Allah really demands of us.
Y' Essa's last message prophesied 1/3 of the seal life, animals and birds would die become extinct, that this planets trees and sea life would also be destroyed tainted with a terrible pollution, while modern society ignores all these truths that are coming to pass and turns away from facing the facts of its own destructive force that continues to consume this planet like a huge burning flame.
So bent on taking themselves and this planet right to exist onto the edge of a Clif it cannot recover from.
Turning this planet onto a hell on earth.
Even reaching beyond up to the heavens as was foretold, putting it's destructiveness all the way up into outer space.
Changing the very nature of the genetic makeup Allah created for life to suit it's own profit orientated selfish and evil agenda.
Y'Essa's message to mankind is still there, for all to see and con-template, to find the same right model that Our Prophet Mohammad also confirmed would be there at the last days for us all to con-sider and use to step away from the evil of this world.
Yet humanity still turns it's back on the truth that is noe screaming out at it, still believing in its own false gods of its own making.
The false claims humanity is now making are of such great magnitude and held about the true worth Allah set up for the last day.
A world so full of hypocracy that humanity can't even see beyond its own delusional ego.
A huge egoistical common-unity of accumulated evil acts all joined together in one great human race to arrive at it's final end,
That is now hatching into the terrible monster that Our Prophets had always said it would become.
