The Delhi High Court on Thursday passed an order on its administrative side to withdraw judicial work from District Judge Aman Pratap Singh.
The decision was taken at a meeting of the full court held last week.
"I am directed to say that Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice and Judges of this Court have been pleased to order that judicial work be withdrawn with immediate effect from Mr. Aman Pratap Singh, an officer of Delhi Higher Judicial Service and presently posted as District Judge 1- South West, Dwarka, New Delhi," an order issued by the High Court Registrar General on September 19, 2024 said.
