OH NO.
I realized this song now plays after you complete artificer, walking down from the massive cathedral in five pebbles' city after slaughtering the scav king. It really does make you feel badass, with the crown on top of your head. All the scavs running away makes only enforces the feeling.

it sounds like sometimes it has a very small snip of Random Gods in it (1:19), which is pretty interesting to say the least. I feel like this song could play in Underhang on Hunter, because i recently just traveled through the underhang on my first hunter run (don't worry i won't say any hunter spoilers) and basically i had to travel through ALL of the underhang in one cycle for reasons, and there was SO MUCH STRESS... this song perfectly fits, especially because at parts it sounds a little bit like random gods and that might make sense considering it's the exterior of 5p.
I can't quite hear it, but the style is definitely a bit reminiscent of it.
It is most similar to Threat - Sky Islands rather than Random Gods. Focus on the bassline. The Rain World leitmotif is not present here.

listening to this as i toil away trying to destroy my ocean of nearly 3000 browser tabs that me and a friend have nicknamed "The Void"

The trick to doing it is to abandon your attachment to whatever was in those tabs, close the browser and start from a fresh browser. That's the only way. It's like overcoming a hoarding problem - you have to throw out everything you have except for basic essentials, otherwise this problem will stay forever
As a fellow tab hoarder, I advise you use some other save functions too. Bookmarks, screenshots, and site specific saves (like "watch later" on RUclips or "save post" on Reddit) have all helped me keep my tab count low enough, so that they could still fit into my screen all at once (their number is still around a hundred, but hey, I can actually navigate around them).
That did end up in me having over 2000 screenshots and over 1500 videos under my watch later playlist, but it makes me feel good, knowing that everything nice and important is all saved up.

This is quite honestly one of my favourites among the entire soundtrack. It sounds foreboding, determined, and a bit mystical. If anything it'd fit somewhere open like the Leg or Underhang. Somewhere with that sort of industrial, alien feel.

Your vision of what this sounds like seems like a mix between subteranean and five pebbles to me.
I'm imagining something more like Chimney Canopy mixed with Outskirts and The Exterior.

I actually kind of like that this didn't make it in.
This song uses main theme's motif, which is preserved for extremely emotional and story important parts of the game, specifically in climax of each act (LtM, 5P, ascension), this track sounds like action track more than anything, and doesn't really fit well into any major section of the game. So reserving this leitmotif for special cases like this is a really, really good decision.
Might fit for the final fight in Artificer’s campaign
it would be a perfect fit for some type of boss fight or big fight that had some type of connection with the story, but there are no boss fights and big fights only happends as artificer and feel like they are optional most of the time.

Should've played when I went full monke and clutched a 2v4 against vultures with a random white lizard who must've eaten a bug I threw away earlier and decided I was worth dying for.

Hearing this in arena mode after slaughtering everything is enhancing
reminds me of my Hunter pilgrimage when I had 1 cycle left and had to make it all the way from the shelter next to the higher subterranean/shoreline gate to the depths.
This would definitely fit into a region similar to the mod “badlands” but a bit more desert like and dotted with giant groundsel like plants

Yeah there are severalsongs that play i the arena: noisy, grumblebum, the wwet moist and more. May take a while for the song you want to play but its fine. Also glad to be of help.
Forgot to mention that there are also a bunch of songs that don't play in the arena for example the threat themes, the core and more. but its the threat themes in particular that I miss. ofc you can Always go to the internet of a specific area and bully some poor innocent vulture or lizard to trigger it but considering you might die.... you may want to just go to the internet....

Always connected this song with that old rainworld video’s thumbnail of a bloody human character. Dunno if they’re from a game or not, prolly aha 🤷.
Idk just a thought. On this fateful April Fools Day of 2023 I felt like dumping all my thoughts under Rainworld THS playlist after getting carried away trying to find rainworldy music to draw to.

This song reminded me of Space... idk why since when my friend said to me what they've listened to, they said that this reminds them to techno feels. Of course it's more accurate but I can't shrug off the feeling of filled but empty at the same time...
