I can actually say that when I switched to a vegetarian diet I don't really feel any random pain in my body, I don't wake up constantly through the night needing to pee and I actually sleep better too. And miraculously I lost 2 lbs from yesterday and I didn't even work out. The random pain in my body is what really made me want to change my diet plus to lose weight. I'm 326 lbs. I shouldn't be like this.
