important tips on mixing colors with beautiful end painting. Thanks for your efforts.😊
Thank you for watching and for your kind words!
Thank you for demonstrating the process. This exemplifies why ‘good’ quality, watercolour paper is needed.
Thank you for watching! Yes, watercolour paper is very important - I find that only 100% cotton paper gives me the results I am after.
Tanks Anastasia, good moment & résultats ❤ wish you best things for 2024

Love, love, love it. You make it look easy Anastasia! Your knowledge of colours and colour theory makes your art stand out.❤. p.s. glad there were three birds 😂
Thank you so much Julie!!! I think the three bird thing is here to stay - I’ve noticed that I’ve been adding more than the usual two birds to my landscapes lately 😁
Beautiful scene. Great lesson. Thanks for sharing.

As always, thank you. I will try this today. Do you have a video showing how you switch from color to color? Do you always clean the brush thoroughly before you switch to a color? I always worry about the paper losing wetness during the time I clean the brush and mix other colors.
Thank you for watching, and I hope you have lots of fun following along with this sunset landscape. I don't include my palette in the video as it's quite large and it would take up a lot of screen space. I have two water jars that are next to each other - first I very quickly rinse the brush in the "dirty" one and then I dunk it into the "clean" one to make sure the brush is indeed clean enough. It only takes a second or two really, and I am not very thorough with the rinsing of the brush, so the paints on my palette are often slightly "contaminated" with the remnants of the paint on my brush, but it doesn't really bother me. I also use quite a lot of water on my paper so it doesn't have enough time to dry out while I am mixing colours. Hope this helps!
