Adding JEPI and JEPQ are smart additions in my opinion. As for staying committed to higher-risk investments, it's all about balancing your risk tolerance with your long-term goals.

The market is not necessarily a rollercoaster if you know your way around the market, there are various opportunities in the present market to accrue good profit, If you are not too savvy with the market, just buy and hold on strong companies with good earnings, or consult with advisors on ETFs and actively managed funds. that’s what works for my spouse and I. We've made over 30% capital growth minus dividends.

@@applegreen4118 well, guess I'd be guilty to a certain extent. If I was a billionaire, I wouldn't be living in the first house I ever bought and driving a KIA. I'd treat myself to some of the finer things in life. Then, to serve a greater purpose, I'd build the world's largest animal rescue sanctuary and donate the rest of my fortune to support that cause. I'd be buried broke.

I follow all of these as well other than I Love my BMW convertible... Honestly.. It makes me very happy.. I really look after the engine and I get. hrill every time I get in! It is not flashy so much as fun and just awesome music and 360 view and the wind and I just love it!! I never eat out much or order takeaways or buiy drinks or snaks out but I do eat well with ordered food at home organic grass fed beef steaks and decent food..I find this also makes me happier and good books.... I like a few good books.... I hate out goings other than my shares auto-invest in pies! lol But eat well, read well and my car is a sport or a lifestyle choice.. other play sports or do x holidays and breaks or whatever they do a lot ... I do love my car I don't consider it a waste I consider it something I make savings elsewhere for. and I bought it second hand and had it all repaired properly as I like the car....I hardly buy any new clothes and eBay Barbour items and classic Loake brogues and Gucci loafers .... I even have a Cgarlioe Munger and Warren buffet pie I add to as well! : ) I like to see how well, their choices are doing! : ) I Love them both as human beings! .....Wise advice as always from Warren Buffet....

Before buying, ask yourself how rich do I have to be. Absurd video. If you have sufficient wealth, how much is enough. This sounds like one should wake up each morning and relish how much you earned yesterday. Buffet’s advice may be great for those whose savings are meagre. So,the heading of this video should indicate to whom it should be directed. Almost every sentence in this video is save, save, save. To what end if one has sufficient means.

Buy nothing! Certainly, that's the answer. Except that consuming (buying) goods and services is the only way we have known how to create wealth. Mr. Buffett did not become wealthy by urging people not to buy things. Disingenuous. There certainly are people who think and act like Buffet does, and they generally benefit, I am sure. But our wealth has not been built that way--quite the opposite. Perhaps, however, the climate change challenges will inspire some smart people to teach us how to feel prosperous differently than we do now.
