Umm.. there are a lot of errors on the website. The mobile version isn't loading correctly on Android. Also $6.99 for 48 hrs or $12.99 to buy a copy. For a certain amount of time to have access to the website during the time where most people don't have money and are struggling just to be able to eat I'm not sure if right now is the best time to be so excited about charging your fans followers and supporters for access to your content in which other artists are giving away for free to keep their fanbase coming back during a pandemic. I have been a fan of Blue October since 2008 and I'm not sure after talking to many of my blue family that any of us feel that this is quite appropriate. First 10 minutes of this video is about the one-stop-shop asking fans to pay for Access which is pretty pricey 6.99 for 2 days. And having all these pay-per-view events just doesn't seem very classy. You're starting to exclude fans who are trying to get medications and food you're excluding those fans from being able to be part of Blue October or having Blue October be part of their lives. Justin it's not that we don't want to support what you're doing it's that most of us aren't even able to support ourselves.
Many new sites and streaming services encounter issues when they launch. I just checked and it's working perfectly for at least some of us now. I also wanted to point out that Justin does a lot of things for his fans for free. He's not forcing anyone to subscribe, or demanding that we pay to have access to any of his content. He's been doing the livestreams - for free - for weeks now, and he's been putting on concerts at a ridiculously low "pay what you can" fee. I totally get that many people are experiencing financial crises right now, but he has to be able to feed his kids, too. He's not being greedy or selfish to charge for his art. He's providing a service and absolutely deserves to be paid for it. I consider myself fortunate that he's putting out all of the free content during this period of global struggle, and am grateful that I was able to subscribe and pre-order the documentary. I know some aren't able to do so, and he knows that, as well, I'm sure. He's under no obligation to entertain us for free. If you were an artist, would you be creating art for free and just not charging anyone for anything because many people are having financial issues? Or would you do what Justin's doing and put out a ton of free art and then ask for a small portion of it to be paid for? This is his livelihood. As an artist, myself, I am very sad that people think it's ok to expect, and even demand, that artists work for free. It's not fair at all. No one should be expected to work for free, no matter what the global circumstances are. I am a sculptor and photographer, and I'm still charging for my art. I need to feed my kids and I shouldn't be expected to gift everyone with free art. I donate a ton every year, but unless I'm donating something for a charity auction/art show, I charge for it. It sucks that so many people have to worry about feeding themselves and their families. It's truly awful, and I hope you, and everyone else struggling to feed themselves and their children right now, is able to make it and that you come out way better on the other side. I truly do. But Justin and the guys are not multimillionaires. They all have families to feed and worry about, just like the rest of us. I'm not upset at your comment or trying to be argumentative. Things are bad enough without blue family members fighting amongst ourselves. I just wanted to give you my opinion because it comes from a different perspective. I hope you and your family are weathering this crisis well, and I wish you the absolute best of luck and the brightest future possible. 💙
This movie took 7 years to be made. Not fair to ask him to give free access to it to everybody. He has been online entertaining us for all these crazy weeks in quarantine, singing for us, and keeping our spirits high.
@@noragavalyan2780 Some fans pre-ordered the DVD of the documentary on Bandwear for double the price and donated to help the band with the cost to fullfil all preorders from long ago that another company ripped off but neither they nor those who preordered more than a year ago will be able to watch the premier with Justin nor have on line access unless they pay even more. That is asking for a little too much from fans: especially during a pandemic.

I don't think that because of the pandemic they have to make the movie that took so much time free for the fans. People clearly do not imagine the costs involved. Your case is a different issue, and I hope they will come up with some kind of solution.

It's possible we don't need to subscribe or login for all that is free on the site but they thought we do because free videos wouldn't play. That will change when they work out the quirks. As for my comment; I hope you're right and they will give free acess to the premier to fans who ordered and donated on bandwear or paid long ago to help them make the documentary . I live on a fixed income and it's cost me almost three times the amount with the donation for the DVD. Bandwear gave May 17th as the mailing date but I'd like to watch it with Justin and fans without paying more. Had I known the new site would exist then I probably would have spent the same amount to donate more and pay to watch the premier and have access to it on their new site. Justin has a lot going on so hopefully he'll realize and make it right.

Enjoy the music but the personality in between songs is annoying.
