I do my vegan enchilada the same way....layering without rolling, because I just want to hurry it up and EAT it! Great recipe. I will be making it today and will spice it up with serrano chilies because I like mine extra spicy. I need comfort food today.

They don’t have flavor…they will take on the flavor of whatever seasonings you use.

You could weight it out, but I don't worry about it...it will even out through the week. :)

i made this yesterday and took a little more time (have lots these days) and made some from scratch. seriously one amazing meal! leftovers for a couple of days and will make it again soon! thanks for staring. ❤️

I use a whole bag for 6 servings...That still makes it 20g of protein per serving, with my discount code it comes out to be 22 ($3.60 per serving). It is on the pricey side, I really love it and I wanted to share. I hope with more demand they can bring the price down, It's a very small business.
You can use Butler’s soy curls and crunch them. They also sell soy taco bits. Good alternative if you are not allergic to soy of course. Take care.
