Dual beam FIB/SEM workshop: tips, tricks, and other useful info

In this virtual workshop (held on 11/19/21), I go over many different tips, tricks, and other useful info associated with using a dual beam FIB/SEM. While this workshop was conducted using our FEI Helios G4 PFIB CXe dual beam FIB/SEM, virtually all that was covered is applicable to any modern FEI dual beam system.

What are the differences between the G4 and the H450s?

@@AtomicSqeeze I've never actually used a H450s so I'm actually not sure of the differences compared to a G4.

@@AtomicSqeeze Supervisors alignments are dedicated for FSEs. These are not described in the manual and you have to know what you are doing, otherwise you can completely misalign the tool....
