    Your work out seems easier than other yt fitness instructors but is always MORE effective for me! Like now, instant waist and toner abs in just one work out! (of course, i am doing other body parts/ full body/ cardio on other days)

    I'm 14, I exercise regularly and I'm not overweight or anything, but honestly I felt so self - conscious while working out today .Does any of you have any tips?

      You have to focus on that mind/muscle connection. Only think about how your muscle group is working right now. If Olympians can set aside what everyone is thinking and perform in front of the whole world for their country, you can work out. Also, it may just take time for you. At 14 you are going to feel self-conscious about almost everything. You'll realize one day that no one is paying attention because all they are thinking about is themselves. Don't worry, this too shall pass. Keep up your good habits! 😊

      What is making you feel self conscious? When I was 14 I hated working out in tight clothes so sweatpants and a tee shirt felt most comfortable, I also found a private place in my house where no one would bother me because I didnt want to be looked at, but if it's the quality of your work that you're worries about than I would suggest doing a solid 10 minutes of stretching before hand to connect your mind to your different muclse groups, also while you are exercising move slower than the instructor, even if you have to move at a snail's pace its okay, first you get good then you get fast. Lastly, make sure your blood sugar isnt low. Low blood sugar can make you feel sluggish, foggy, anxious and cause you to feel frustrated with yourself easily. So eating 30 minutes before hand and eating something high in protein and fiber and low in fat and sugar will help your mind feel relaxed or even motivated to workout and try again when you might fail on something. Hope these tips help, I was 14 when I started working out and now I'm 23 and its been a roller coaster so dont worry, you're not alone ❤

    I'm not even close to an hour glas figure. My stomach is around 100-110 cm around where the belly bottom is. So how often and for how long do I have to do this exercise until I see a difference in my waist?

      I once heard that the abs and the hour glass figure , starts in the kitchen, so since then I focus more on what I eat and then the second priority is exercise, with that, the lines in the abs we’re starting being visible too, even with a bit of belly. Also not drink alcohol helps a lot… but I just can’t quit that 100% lol so I know I won’t get the hour glass figure hehe good luck in your journey ❤

      Combine this exercise With hiit or cardio×strength Workout then you will get fast results

      These exercises are designed to tone muscle and not necessarily to burn fat, so if you stick with this exercise you might lose a small amount of fat around your stomach but little to no toning will happen until almost all the extra fat is gone. So full body, strength training workouts work best for losing weight and toning muscle at the same time. If you go on "GrowWithJo" a different RUclips channel she has some amazing videos you might enjoy. But if you like holly a lot you could combine different videos of her together to do more strength training and cardio, but this video alone might not make much progress. Hopefully you find a video you like ❤
