Is it though? A trapezoid has two parallel sides, the pizza was basically a square with a wonky side. Like a trapezoid but cut in half.

Goldenkitten1 I'm sorry, but I'm sick of seeing everyone go crazy about them. Here, in other people's videos... they're all they talk about. I personally really like them but seeing all the commenters talking about Brad and Claire in other people's videos is just kind of sad.

Ahhh I love Carla so much. She exudes this kind of chill yet dorky energy and it's so nice to be around. I felt my mood increasing as the video went on!!!!
So this is a family favorite and since we have so many people we take the dough and grill one side and then tell everyone to make their own personal pizza by dressing the grilled side! Allows everyone to get exactly what they want and feeds the masses fast!!! We also mix some garlic in our EVOO for a lil extra zing!!! Love these videos and the entire test kitchen crew!

Ok, I love the content, but please work on the sound mixing. Carla is coming across just fine and then the music kicks in and it's just so damned loud. It's not just this video, basically any BA videos with music are exactly the same way with the music totally out of proportion to speech.
Please, whoever is the editor of the videos, listen to this comment. The mixing is terrible. I have to have the volume at 50% to hear Carla comfortably. When the music plays, having my volume at 10% is still louder than Carla.

It literally startles me every time. I have my volume set to 30 pumping thru a high bass speaker so once that music kicks in, my neighbors could hear it XD

Carla has such an adorable mom energy about her, and I enjoy every video she's in.
Instead of doing both Chili Oil and Honey, there's Mike's Hot Honey. It was designed for pizzas at Paulie Gee's in Brooklyn and is my favorite thing to put on a pepperoni or sausage slice.

Ive been making grilled pizza for year and this makes me proud! What I do it is grill the first side then put the pizza on a smaller individual peel and hand them to people to top their pizza. Then they come back to the grill, I throw it on to finish cooking and hand it bck to them on their own peel. Its fun and works great. I also just buy several large doughs and sauce from a local ny style pizza place, much better than store bought.

I made pizza on the grill this week, inspired by this video, and I must say it was so so much better than i thought it would be. Grilled pizza is a revelation! I watch a lot of cooking videos online but the BA recipes are the only ones I've ever gone and tried. I seriously love this channel, my friends are starting to think that I'm a good cook lol

I did this outside on my grill for lunch ... with some mods for the toppings.... sadly did not have all the fancy stuff at the BA kitchen but did have Swiss Chard, Basil, oregano and charred hatch chilies from my landscape garden. Loved it! Thanks Carla!
