11:45 I think part of the problem is that every throw is a fastball. He lacks touch and the off speed stuff. Josh Allen had/has the same problem and when Allen has accuracy issues, it's normally because he goes into throwing everything as hard as he can, probably because he is throwing it later than he should be and isn't throwing with anticipation because he isn't seeing the defensive scheme like he should be.
Peyton Manning was still effective in Denver when he was throwing spaghetti balls because he knew what the defense was doing pre and post snap and threw those spaghetti balls with great anticipation. Same with Brady throughout his career and at the end of it.

I don't think Cam Newton was ever an "Elite Passer". He averaged about 1.5 td per interception because he lofted balls too much. He only surpassed 4k yards once in his career, only got above a 90 QBR twice, and averaged under 220 yards per game. He was an elite player in that he added that duel threat but to call him an elite passer when he completed less than 60% of his passes is insane. I know you added the caveat of his shoulder injury to that...but he really only had one elite year in 2015. He didn't injure his shoulder until December in 2016 and that year was a bust too, even before that. As a Chargers fan I much appreciate the Herbert love, dude can ball and is tough despite the injuries. Hoping the second half of the season he can continue to excel. That being said though AR really is the prime of example of “looks like a QB, ain’t a QB”. There’s no denying his size and athleticism but there are a lot of people his size and are athletic, that doesn’t mean they’re NFL material. I also find it funny Joe Flacco goes to his second team in two years, starts in place of the actual starter, does a better job than them, then has the team questioning the actual starter.

I think this is more of a learning lesson for Anthony Richardson than anything to be honest like I think they want to start him. It’s just after what he said to the press they have to teach him that those are things that you should just leave out of the press. I think he will definitely start later this year or maybe next week or the following 2 to 3 weeks. Learning from a Joe Flacco that has a very similar arm strength is never a bad thing either the man needs to start training his arm since he’s not the starting quarterback he needs to start doing things for himself to get him better so when he does get called to play that he will be the better Anthony Richardson that I saw last year this year I feel like week one was the Anthony Richardson that we saw last year. These last couple of games from him has not been him. it’s like his confidence has been shattered a bit, but when he beat the dolphins his confidence kinda looked better, but I feel like he just needs to work on his accuracy since he’s now benched I think people are looking at the way we gotta look at the positive way because I’m very sure that Richardson is listening to the negatives more than the positives. I think this off-season he should definitely train with a veteran quarterback, but a lot of people don’t realize he got hurt shoulder injury he had to go through rehab this whole off-season. He hasn’t had an off-season yet.

10:56 "it was just a handoff." Don't you think they did a handoff because Flacco had no time to warmup and prep for the play/current drive? I really think you guys are making a big deal outta nothing. Another perspective you could take with this is that at least he was honest to sit out the play because he was tired and didn't jeopardize the next play.

Jordan Love is a great example of fixing his accuracy problem. Watch some of him in the first half of 2023, his best throws were frequently "general vicinity", too often worse. But his 2024 interceptions look like a backslide in 2024...
