What's with the "Hairy Tornado" Bins? Does he own the place? I hear other people say the same thing and it confuses me. I thought it was just the Goodwill Bins.

I absolutely love watching your videos and wish you to find best things. I don’t have a lot of experience looking for inventory but I feel like the more I stick to few local stores the better because I know their schedule, I know employees, they show me new things and let me go through new racks. I feel like if I go through many stores I can’t properly focus on finding gems.

I have listed two solid black tommy bahamas that sold same day. dont always skip out on the solid colors.
True true! If it’s a 2XL, we’ve had great luck selling even the plain tommy’s but for other sizes, we definitely prefer a lot of pattern 👌🏼
If you add vintage to the ralph lauren joggers some are close to $30. Angora is rabbit that Ed Hardy had lot of animals going on lambwool, rabbit and alpaca haha. Ive heard Ed Hardy are coming back in style.

Have you guys ever been thrifting on the west coast?? Jeans average are 9.99-19.99 (all the Levi’s get priced at 19.99 and up) tops 12.99, and the shoes are just as expensive. They will automatically price every Nike starting at $20. It would be so interesting to see what you guys think is worth picking up at those prices
We haven’t been and we honestly don’t plan to. Everyone has said how outrageously priced they are out there. If we ever take a vacation I’m sure we’ll hit up the bins unless they’re price gouging too lol
You should try the Lexington stores. It’s only about 20-25 minutes from Columbia, much better items

How specific do you usually get when checking comps, generally speaking?
Thank you! When looking up most comp, we type in «brand» and «category» (eg sweater, jeans, long sleeve etc) and filter these: new/used and men’s or womens.

I like hitting the jackets and sweater area first, then pants. But I can respect hitting pants first. Well, new racks first, then jackets lol
We definitely look out for the jacket/hoodie section first as well but the ones we go to on the regular barely have any 🥲 and lol yess alway new racks first!

That pair of RR had me thinking.. Do you guys just crosslist your items from one platform to another as is or do you actually look up each and every item on each platform and adjust the prices to fit each platform?
Great question! We typically just go based on eBay comps. (Unless we find an item like the RRs we found) We crosslist everything as is, expect on posh. With posh we bump it up a few dollars since they take a 20% cut.

I've noticed ebay searching has been weird recently. I searched a Rock Revival model on ebay recently too and it too showed a ton listed, but not all of them were the same model I had typed in so I dont think its filtering correctly for the listed ones..

There will always be outliers above and below «market value» so wouldnt call that destroying the value; you’d simply be one of the «below market» listings. And no, «eeeeveryone» will not do the same so don’t respond with «well what if everyone undercut the market?!» 😉
