We need to do a live stream at some point. A multitool talk would be awesome.

That could be fun. I usually talk multitools into a camera so it’d be nice to have a conversation in real time 😅

Welcome back Joe! Glad to this upload! Hope this means you can also give us a follow up on the Victorinox MX and the manga cut blade on the Arc?

Wow 👌 for the price point you really can't beat it. Create your own tool. Very cool 😊

Actually they have one of the best modular tools here.
For me more tools but also more frames.
So people wanting a mini they can have a mini, a modular knife so they can either have that to complement this tool or as a multi knife remplacement.
An heavy with more slots and a stronger head that can be an option too.
As I said in many other video reviews, having more frames will appeal to more people.
As for the tools I think there is many suggestions from many people.
Because for me while this will certainly suit a lot of people's needs. Other frames will provide a whole lot more and the tool can live long as a model

Just got mine a couple days ago. So far it holds up pretty well. The arc is my typical daily but I'm going to give the flex a go for the next couple weeks. I'll be interested to see what you think of it long term.

hey, how was the tool hold up so far? I tend to buy one. Thanks in advance

@@giahyvuong It's held up great! My only complaint so far is the bit driver. Not the best bit and the holder quality isn't as great as Leatherman's IMO. Overall though id give it a 4/5!

Great review. No sugarcoating the issues. I like the plataform but it seems like it needs work.

After you have carried the ARC and the Flex what are your impressions now?

How much does it weigh when all decked out? Note: on that file side, you can add a longer blade. It will fit.

I’ll let you know the weight of my configuration once the final piece comes in. They can’t ship the bit driver until like June or something.

Mine weighs 8.8 oz fully loaded but that will vary depending on which tools you add. Very nice tool.

How has this held up over time? Ever accidentally popped a tool out?

Never on accident. It’s held up well and I’ve used it a lot. I am aiming to do the long term review soon

Some Gerber MP-s and Leatherman Leap was modular before the GOAT tool. In a way Gerber and SOG had replacements online, but never ramped up. We could go back to 80's japan for modular multitools, no matter who did it first, never gets mainstream.

Hmm; looks like the long tools and pocket clip are in a position that would be most comfortable left-handed. They'll need the pliers to be reversible and the pocket clip to be movable if that design is going to take off.

Why dont they make it bigger(longer) say like swiss tool victorinox to accomodate longer tools which are practically more usable . This can be a serious edc for someone to carry all the time as a multipurpose and emergency aide so make it more effective with real and better tools or as much as is possible to accommodate here . Make it a useful one 🤝👍

I would also like to upgrade the knife steel. Roxon has the opportunity to make replacement knives with better steel. I hope they do it!
