The 1st floor deserved a landing that could have been utilized from the extra large balcony. The master bedroom too deserved a private balcony of its own. The en-suite bathrooms are similar to rental washrooms and not appealing at all- there's no separation of dry and wet area . Otherwise it's a great project. Keep them videos coming.
