The fact that you got stuck mid way while no clipping and your friend trying to save you makes it more scary.
For a first backrooms video, this editing is pretty good. The idea of included a voice is a special touch, but it’s just that the static screen seems too overwhelming. Other than that, great video!

I agree, but on the other hand it could have been less intruding before entering the backrooms, which could show that it got damaged when noclipping. Great video, and good job :) oh and I love that the character halfway clipped at first, must have been freaky to witness from the friend

If you don't mind a small criticism, the cam recorder static is a bit too much. 90s cam recorders were bad, but they were not that bad. It becomes somewhat distracting. Other than that, loved it!

That rush towards the camera got me! I loved that the footage seemed to be heavily damaged by whatever entity was nearby. Hope to see a cool new type of room we haven’t seen so far on other backrooms channels in the future, maybe like some sort of fake outside with ‘people’ in the background that you are never able to actually approach. Moving cars and stoplights changing and wind blowing in the trees but when you approach the ‘people’ they either avoid you entirely or dissipate. An environment like that would be easy to hide a humanoid monster in. Anyway I’m rambling, great vid.

That uh... That got me good. Wasn't expecting there to be a jump scare at the end. Most backrooms f.f have tension with a slow or sudden release. I think the sound plus motion is what scared the shit out of me.

This is very good, the realistic beach and the hooded entity is nice looking
90s cams was good but not too damaged and glitchy but nonetheless best things here
The small scare at the end and the hooded entity standing there for a moment was a great touch!
The walls look bland and that's perfect for a first! I like the noclipping

The entrance was actually clean but the landing should’ve been different, I think it would’ve felt more realistic if the camera was on the ground and the guy was getting up after falling as he picks the camera up

For a first this is amazing! Maybe try making the guy walk and the static is a bit too much, but overall it’s great and the editing is great aswell!

Could have been good if u didn't show the entity right away after entering the backroom , also maybe instead of standing immediately the character could have picked the camera up off the floor after picking themselves up other wise good job on ur first one although it is a bummer u chose to do a level everyone and there grandma already have done and entities on that floor are non canon

@@SteaneTwinsVHS it was really well done!! The lighting the camera shake and the glitch effects where perfect!!! If I could add some I would say to 1) make the creature not as stiff since it is a bit! And 2) add some grain to the film! Just a light layer of noise should do the trick but other than that it was amazingly done!! And gave me goosebumps! You nailed the running effect!

I honestly liked it, I thought that it had some good ideas too, like how you noclipped, the glitch increased the scare value for sure, but for me the best part was your sound design
the sound coming from the hallways and the scream at the end with the jumpscare got me really good
I agree with others saying that the static is too much, and I think you should move the camera more too to make it look more realistic, you have to think like you're the one ending up there, and you wanna look around
