🐟 Ingredients for Avocado Salmon Salad:
4 (4 oz) skinless boneless salmon filets
1 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 Tbsp olive oil to sauté
3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (from 2 medium lemons)
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 medium romaine lettuce (6 cups, chopped)
1/2 English cucumber, sliced
6 radishes, thinly sliced
1/2 small red onion, (1/2 cup) thinly sliced
2 avocados, peeled, pitted and sliced

@@Natashaskitchen I actually made it that day. I am an accomplished cook and this salad was great. Having gotten pretty sick of Romaine on my low carb diet, I used spinach instead. It was excellent. It was fun NOT tossing the salad. I just was able to appreciate each ingredient on its own. Thanks for your sense of humor, by the way.
