Someone in another thread said bring up homepage on the settings but when I go to settings there is no category for homepage I've looked several times it's got everything else but not home page

You are suppose to explain to us how to get to the hidden Apps section first. Plus you should just go slowly so we can follow the instructions.
To the people who are.asking that they cannot see the hidden apps so here it is answe ..
Go to setting search 'app lock ' and. Then in the above you will be shown two options 1 .app lock and 2 hidden. Apps click on hidden. Apps and then you can see which app are hidden and not shown in your home screen and if it is on and then off then see in the home screen the apps which were hidden it will be coming

Turn off Game Launcher worked for me.. Didn't even know that was the problem I was looking for hidden apps before I watched this video and couldn't find my apps.. So Game Launcher try before anything else.. Because it's easy and fast try😉 Thank you

thank you, it worked! I can't see the msgr app in the homescreen. I cleared the data of my launcher then allowed the app in the location permission. then the launcher restarted. I was now able to see it. been struggling with this for a while but luckily I found your video. Big thanks!

how do you get to the "hidden apps section" ???
On the home screen, you have 6 dots making a rectangle figure. Click on that. Post that all apps will get displayed on the screen. On the top right corner, you have three dots. Click on that. Post that click on preferences. Now u are at ur destination.
There is no default launcher.
Android is to unreliable, this buy was a serious mistake.

for me For
EMUI 4.0:
Go to Settings > Apps > Three dots (or Menu) button on the upper-right corner > Show system processes > Huawei Home > Storage > CLEAR DATA
For EMUI 3.0 / 3.1:
Go to Settings > Apps > Huawei Home > CLEAR DATA
Honestly I'm afraid to clear data because some people said it erased all their photos and other things

Hello there M.J. Tube, Thank so far. However, exact THE thing I was looking for is not told: how do you get to that mentioned "Hidden App"? I do see that mentioned and appearing on your screen but exact that you to not show/tell how to get to it. :), I do see you quickly pressing a Plus (+) icon departing from a certain screen, but which screen is that? I do not have that "+" on mine.... My it be hidden (on my home screen as well?). Can you pass us that information as well? I do use a Samsung S8 by the way. Thanks

Looks like you and me are not the only people who cannot find the hidden apps section and so this didn't help me at all and other people are saying go to settings and click on the homepage but when I go to settings there is nothing for homepage
