May 25, 1985 is just a few days before the KPBS San Diego Auction 15 begins...and May 25, 1985 is just 2 months and 1 day later after KPBS successfully reached its $400,000 goal for Festival '85(March 1985 Membership Campaign) which began Friday March 8th through Sunday March 24, 1985 with a total of $448,056 and the program got most pledges was "Great Moments with National Geographic" making the "Gala of Stars 1985" in second place!!! TV Worth Watching and TV Worth Paying For!!
