Ndegwa submission was silly. What was his basis for pointing at Raila Odinga for appointing 2 Luos to the cabinet? The constitution requires that public appointments should reflect the face of Kenya? Prior to those appointments, there were no Luos in the cabinet. After those appointments, Luis constituted 10% of the cabinet which is fair in that Luos are about 10% of the population. Kikuyus took up 7 cabinet position, which,again is a fair reflection of their population. Raila and Ruto were correcting an anomaly when Gachagwa and Ruto formed the first cabinet.
Ndegwa is a mediocre lawyer, guess his ksl was in jevanjee gardens, does Raila appoint cabinet secretaries? Huyu anatuona ka matako yake, extremely fallacios confused fela.
