with house it was .. you can tell from the man that was captured arms as a father ... and the tiger I got that's it in my second video .. the pillow when she woke up at longlegs basement
A lot of the horror dissipated the moment they revealed his face. I believe the interrogation scene towards the end of the movie would’ve been much more effective had they only filmed from behind Long Legs’ head and had they only shown the bureau’s and Lee Harker’s reaction to his unsettling appearance. I appreciate the cosmetics department’s effort for the work they had done to turn Nicholas Cage into an unrecognizable monster of a human, but I was taken out of the movie as soon as his face was fully revealed.
i can totally get that! i did find his face reveal to work really well, especially since we see him out in “public” when it happens and almost him being belittled certainly help build the mystery around how everything was happening especially with someone with an as-distinct face as longlegs
Been watching a lot of reviews for the last couple of days and this movie still gets to me. I’m really debating on making my own video bc it’s something that I can’t stop thinking about. It’s not perfect but it is a contender for my favorite movie of the year
i think oz perkins head is an unmistakable shape and i think i recognized that shape a couple times. couldnt miss it as the guy on tv at moms house. theres a guy in the background of a conversation the main characters are having and you never see the guys face, just the back of his head, and it distracted me so bad, i sat for a second thinking "damn that HAS to be him, no way they hired someone who just happened to have the exact same head shape"
definitely go see it again (in theatres or at home) cause that moment is CRAZY! i was SO SCARED too but incredibly fixated on the film and couldnt look away!
His character is a washed up glam rocker. I empathize with him a tiny, tiny bit. I mean, empathize as in could possibly understand how they got that way, not in an approving or "yea, i feel like that sometimes" way lolololol.
I thought that since they found Carrie Anne's doll it awakened her. Like she was linked with the doll which was in darkness, so was she.
agree!

SO TRUE! didn't even think about that!
The smooch at the end was almost like, calm down y’all it was just a movie 😉.
This movie had a lot of tension but the payoff wasn't always there. It reminded me of other better horror movies in some spots.
Alicia Witt is in Twin Peaks as a little girl and again in The Return. She plays Donna’s little sister, I think.
yes! she was also paul’s little sister in lynch’s dune!
the mom pick the dolls up that's why she must witness the murder

i agree! very distinct features
I closed my eyes in fright when Lee was looking at the Polaroids. So I missed it when she saw LongLegs

I think it shows that the mom taking tge doll after the murder happened
i wonder where they’re all stored🤔 or if they’re re-purposed to make other dolls?
the mom or longlegs probably hid them each in a different place, like with the Camera girl's doll.

yeah, i read online in an interview they have him all botched from plastic surgery because he wants to "make himself beautiful for the devil"
