Greetings from Russia! Today i made this sock with rice and lavander and it brings me such a relief. Absolutely amazing and so simple! Thank you Rachel! Your videos are so inspiring, full of soft, warm, feminine energy❤️
I'm so glad you're talking about CBD! My period cramps can be pretty bad the first few days, and ingesting CBD oil us the only thing I've found that really knocks them out.
I love to hear that. I have a family member with severe headaches and she swears by CBD products. I gave her one of these in her stocking for Christmas, and she said it literally turned her day from nausea and lights out, to actually functioning.. So happy to hear these stories.
Rachel, I have been following you almost since the beginning. Your videos have only continued to get better and better! Thank you for the inspiration. You're an amazing woman with a beautiful heart! God bless
Rachel, I just wanted to let you know how thankful I am for finding your channel! The quality of videos you produce, along with your creativity and love for natural ingredients have really helped to inspire me! I have never been an organized gal, but since finding your channel I have now maintained a super clean and organized space for over a month now! That sounds silly, but that's a lot for me! You've helped me to get in the correct thinking space, along with being inspired by using more natural ingredients 🤗 love love love your Channel! Please never stop! Thank you❤❤
My grandad passed away a few days ago and my whole life has just fallen apart, I know none of these things will fix my pain permanently, but I'm hoping some will help.
Thank you all so much for your loving words, I've never lost anyone close to me and he played a huge role in my life for 23 years, I'm just here to keep my grandma strong and happy, and everyone else in the family who is hurting. Thank you again, all of you.
I was just thinking why isn’t your video up yet and yay here it is!! Iam really getting addicted to ur videos!! Very helpful video!!😘😘 Hope pacific thyme is on its way and will be opened up soon for us to shop!!
God, you’re so soothing. I am feeling super down this week and I did a few of my go to self care tips also. This was lovely. I love all your videos. You seem so caring
I've been feeling in a funk quite a lot recently :( I've been cheated by a person from which I wanted to buy my first apartment, I gained some weight and I've been chained to the desk studying for the most important exam which will make me a uni graduate. Thank you for all the tips, I hope they will help me, as your soothing voice has helped already! xxx
It’s mind over matter, girly ❤️ Say you can do it, and you can. Take a deep breathe, let all that negative stress go. If it helps any, I’m studying for my end of semester animal clinical pathology exam.
Your videos are so soothing and aesthetically pleasing :) You remind me that in order to help others I must first fill my own cup up with love and care! Thank you!!
This is so, so helpful! I really struggle around my time of the month due to a condition I have and I think these tips will really help me feel better and less stressed! Thank you for this video it is just what I needed ❤🤞
Thank you Rachel for all your videos! I've been following for a while and today I was PMSing bad and logged on and saw this. It was like a sign! Some I already do but I will def take on some of your tips. thanks so much for sharing.
Thank you for for mentioning CBD! As someone who is 18 and suffers from Rheumatoid Arthritis, it has changed me life, honestly. I went from taking OxyContin almost every day to using CBD for treatment. Sooo much better for your body. 🙌🏼
agreed!!!! So happy to hear that. People are dying everyday from prescription drug overdoses, we shouldn't have any taboo around CBD. Happy to hear it's working great for you!!
I love this, thank you Rachel! I'm always on the hunt for more natural remedies when that time of the month arrives. You've given me so many new ideas to try, I can't wait to see how they work! ❤️
I didn’t start cramping bad til after I had my first child as well! So refreshing to hear I’m not alone. I wonder what that’s about. Now I think it’s worth a bit of research! Great video as always
I have the absolute worst periods. Very intense cramps. We have DIY heating socks all around the house haha. They are great for throwing around your neck too. We often go to sleep with them in the winter lol. Id also recommend Clary Sage essential oil for cramping pain and to prevent normal acne. Has worked wonders for me.
All I wanna do when I get my period is just lay down and tell everyone to leave me alone and to keep away from me , lol! I’m that much of a super B when I get it. I don’t want anyone close to me
Can't wait to make your soup! Wow, that looks so good! Even though those PMS days are far behind me (Praise God!) these are now tips I will use on days when RA and fibromyalgia plague me.
BIG FAN .... can you consider doing a skincare routine period addition ... some break out so I wanted some tips I’m really excited for the video if you do it ... love 💕 you Rach
My baby is 10 months old and Aunt Flow still hasn't come back - I'm not complaining! :D He still nurses a lot, which is why I think it has stayed away. It didn't come back until 14 months PP with my daughter, so it will probably be something similar this time around. Great video! One tip: If you use a menstrual cup, you can take a bath, no matter where you are in your cycle! :) If you find a menstrual cup you love, it's a total life-changer... and very eco-friendly! I love mine :)
Thank you for sharing your tips and tricks! :) Congratulations on the launch of your commerce store, can't wait to see all the beautiful things. Also thank you for sharing the information about CBD, very helpful. I am glad to see someone else use the rice sock, my kids make fun of me all the time.
I tend to have a really worse back pain when I am in my periods till three days I just can't get out of my bed it is so worse but I guess I will try the sock thing for myself and if that works for my back pains thank you so much for sharing.
Thank you last weekend I was very sick cuz of period pain this will help me next time thank u so muchhhhhhhhhhhhh sending lots of love from London 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
Hello beautiful Rachel, I have discovered your channel since only one week and I already watched a lots of your amazing videos. Love them very much, they are so unique. I suffer a lot from having fibromyalgia And heart multiple illness, at age of 45 years old, and I wonder if you may know some natural remedies that can help for those kind of conditions. And what about cBD ? Thank you for sharing and for your kindness. Love from Paris France. Julie✨
Hey Rachel! I love your videos! I've watched some of them multiple times as I'm waiting for new content 😅☺ One question: Is 'PacificThyme' also shipping to Europe? 😍
The worst days for me are the first and the second. So painfull. I try natural remedy for kill the pain in the back and in the kidney area..but nothing..is too strong. Sometimes the pain is too much that I have nausea and headache.😖 I must take only normal medicine that I buy in the pharmacy.😖
Jasmine Shtewi the raspberry leaf tea tones the muscles and that reduces cramping. I was drinking it daily during my pregnancy to make labour easier and i swear by it. You should start soon as it has a cumulative effect, not sure if drinking it once cramps have started would have the same effect. Good luck! :-)
t t absolutely! I drank it daily until my 8th month and then drank 4 cups a day. With my second one I wasn't as diligent but by then my uterus was already trained
One trick I've learned is to get a zip-lock bag and fill it up with ice cubes. I put it on my waistline and it relives my pain. (I don't use a hot pack due to the fact I'm a very hot natured person, in other words it makes me too hot). I'm also a person who loves to cook homemade meals, I have a beautiful baby boy of my own so I cook for my elderly mum and my son and I. So I love to make homemade chili. I do recommend homemade chili as well but be aware that in some people it causes acid reflux due to heavy spices. By the way you want to use unscented products when on your period because it can cause bladder infections and irritation (unscented bath bombs and baby wipes). I'm just saying 😊. Anyway love your videos please do another on this topic!
Is it possible to learn to like vegetables and herbs?Basically the only thing I liked that you put in the soup is the carrots. I hate that I’m such a picky eater.
Possibly going through Menopause. You still have times where you feel like crap. I made a bowl of plant based potato soup with veggies. That's comfort food for me. Green Tea helps cramps too. I swear by it. No sugar in it though. I been in a funk for 2 days. lol.
Great tips! I agree with herbal teas, the raspberry leaf kind of the traditional medicinals brand works great for me, in case it can help someone in pain too.
Rachel I always feels happy to see your videos. I do your recipes everyday and follow your makeup routine. Keep making videos. They really helps us guide us. I live in India. I don’t get many of your products here. If I order, shipping charges are very high. Can you suggest some shops in thane or Mumbai. Your videos has improved my life a lot. Sometimes I cannot handle stress, can you make video on daily stress handling guidelines.
One of the best RUclipsrs on the planet
Edit: thankyou for your lovely comments and all the likes xo
