You might have already selected your curriculum, but Sadlier Vocabulary has an online audio component that would free you up from reading the weekly words or the passage and has a mixed practice of several of the items you mentioned. I haven’t used it as we are still finishing phonics, but I intend to in the near future.
Thanks for this video! Wordly Wise works for us too. We’ve looked at other things, but my kids always gravitate back to WW. We do stretch out the lessons so the book lasts all year and they seem to retain the vocabulary. Sadlier Vocabulary does look interesting, but we haven’t tried it.
We use Word a day and I use a free page from teachers pay teachers. On it she writes the word, part of speech, definition, synonym, writes a sentence, and draws a picture. My daughter really enjoys this. We orally take the quiz. She does this alone.
I love Wordly Wise 3000 but my oldest likes everything except reading comprehension. Thanks for the flip through. I am thinking I missed a video because I thought you were alternating Word Roots and WW3000.
Reading Comp same for mine in the past. She was not a fan. This is for my 4th grader. Here’s the video on WW vs Word Roots for my 5th grader. 😀 WORDLY WISE LEVEL 5 vs WORD ROOTS LEVEL 1 | VOCABULARY FLIP THROUGH & REVIEW | HOMESCHOOL CURRICULUM ruclips.net/video/sWolKhdhtMk/видео.html

Yw! Sadlier seems to be liked my many. It’s on my list, to check out, just in case we need a backup.
