It would be incredible if gun ranges had gyms attached to them and taught like military strength training and shooting specific training classes and then you could go shoot.. it’s also helpful to jack up your heart rate and try to shoot well when you’re tired and amped up at the same time

I have a question about the night vision goggles. Does anyone know if the enemy can see either the lights from the goggles or the reflection from them? The brief part where they were showcasing the goggles you can kind of see the light shining back on their eyes and then when they directly looked at the camera is seem to have a lens reflection. In pitch black I assume the advantage the goggles give greatly outweighs something like that but I am just curious. Those things are so cool.
I just want to know how you did so many years in the teams and aren't a complete physical wreck. My 30-year LE career has left my body a mess. I still get after it six days a week in my gym to keep my joints strong and hold my broken parts together, but I'm a mess. I look strong on the outside, but I can't move like those guys anymore.
If you listen/watch DJ's interview on the Shawn Ryan podcast....he's been thru hell and back way more times than humanly possible. It's quite a miracle he's even able to move as he does, let alone even being alive. Im still in awe!!
Plus Devgru and most tier 1 units have specialist that keep them operating way past their expected time. Multi Millions of dollars worth of personal care and training for one operative.
