If DJ and Cole are what retired members of 6 look like i would never want to be in the position of them coming after me in their prime. It's a terrifying thought.
DJ posted his weight a few months back at like 212lb (might be more now), but said he was 240 when he was in.

In their prime I saw DJ a couple months ago in Virginia he is still in his prime trust me.

Just be mindful of who you are calling stand-up guys. The dudes at GBRS are very tactically sound (obviously), but personal life/history, for DJ in particular, would not lead a reasonable person to call them "stand-up."
Utmost respect for these warriors. I love the way DJ can't dial back his intensity no matter what he is doing or even talking about. Its that drive that I respect the most in men like elite operators.
From what I have seen that drive is what makes all of the operators “elite”…almost none of them were “the best” at anything, but what they all seem to have is that they NEVER QUIT

DJ and Cole are stand up dudes and outstanding representatives of the Naval Veteran and SEAL community. DEVGRU was blessed to have these dudes on their roster.
So many guys at the Unit in Fort Bragg, the Rangers around the nation, and various other units within the realm of SOCOM have high praise for them and their innovation in the business and community alike.

I just want to know how you did so many years in the teams and aren't a complete physical wreck. My 30-year LE career has left my body a mess. I still get after it six days a week in my gym to keep my joints strong and hold my broken parts together, but I'm a mess. I look strong on the outside, but I can't move like those guys anymore.
If you listen/watch DJ's interview on the Shawn Ryan podcast....he's been thru hell and back way more times than humanly possible. It's quite a miracle he's even able to move as he does, let alone even being alive. Im still in awe!!
Plus Devgru and most tier 1 units have specialist that keep them operating way past their expected time. Multi Millions of dollars worth of personal care and training for one operative.
