Great video; nice to see those great bikes from the past; the new version kawasaki Z900RS is an amazing example of the past updated for the present; kawasaki did a great job on this bike.
Cant agree, Tank and seat arent enough for a retro. Just put pics from the z 900 then to the today ones, lots of unbeautyfull items. Exhaust bad, black watercoold motor is a big fail, the shock absorbers back...no. When i want to buy a z 900 i would buy the old one.
The GS 1000 from 78 was my second bike, bought 83 as used one. In red. Wonderfull machine. And the rarest ones from the 70s are the Münch and the MRD 1...
It sounds like they used AI for the voice over, annoying. Also, the Kawasaki love fest was a bit much. It seems apparent whoever wrote the script had little knowledge of '70's bikes. I'm a diehard 2-stroke fan. My first street bike was a '73 RD350, & @ 66, I've been riding on the street since 1977. I do like Kawasaki inline-4's, they are super reliable, as evidenced by my '03 Z1000, which has 145k on the clock and runs excellent. I've owned a '73 Z1-900, later a KZ650C, but I can tell you the handling of the Z1 was a disappointment compared to the RD350 & RD400. A knowledgeable website would have mentioned what a terrible machine the H2 was. Yes, a beast of an engine, but with handling like a dying fish. To this day I still have a highly modified RD350, a near stock (because it's so good) '76 RD400, and an RZ350. Yes, it may not be a '70's bike, but it is fairly rare, and THAT'S the one I'd like to see come back.
I grew up in this era & owned a few of them & got to ride most of them. I remember them all new in the showrooms, & I there are so many errors. These sorts of videos are often inaccurate - & the bot voices don't convince either. Not good 👎

Had Yam RD 250 with Micron pipes mate had 350LC left me for dead.
How many of these bikes are still available $20k and up? That's just sad ...
KZ1000 was a fast bike but I found the 1100 Sectre to be much faster, 1100cc 5spd liquid cool and shaft drive, air shocks and air forks
Also had a Kawasaki 350 that I brought back from Japan I could out run my best friend on his Honda CB750

So many errors. Obviously made by one who don’t know much about motorcycles of the 70’s.
Very few of these are rare motorcycles and are still easily found for sale.
