No convincing needed psykotick he is the best days gone player you will see. Not only his skill on the game but also his knowledge of it. You won't go far wrong if you follow his guides

@Borislav247 I have been able to sneak past by the Ripper tower snipers on the Breaker mission before. If you stay in the trees on the hill and don't rev your bike or use the headlight, you usually won't get caught. Great job on taking down the Ripper heavies, I didn't think they were that vulnerable to head shots considering what bullet sponges they are with body shots.
Great take down on the big fellow Boris. I like to put the traps next to the explosive boxes. To say you have the worst weapons you can have, you seem to be handling it pretty well, no major issues yet. Keep em coming my friend.
You are a good tactician TD. I missed a trick with the traps for sure. And yes, at the moment, I haven't had any major issues, but certain missions are still earmarked with some serious potential problems. It's going to be fun (with a lot of swearing thrown in) my friend.
Watching this playlist feels like watching Days Gone: The Movie. Only better bc the core of the story hasn't been changed to make it more dramatic, just the weapons wielded & difficulty 😁
That Breaker fight was insane Boris 😂 oh in the future you can go straight for Red Riley and get into his cabin from the roof. No need to do all the tracking stuff and get the cabin keys. Another awesome episode of Days Gone 😎👍🏻👍🏻
Exactly. Even though I know exactly where to find the cabin keys, it is too much of a chore to track them down when you can go straight for Red Riley. The dialogue when you do so is hilarious.

The mission with the breaker started well. Both heavies gave you less trouble than I expected. Then you aced the guard tower. I can't get the thought out of my head that there were 2 guard towers but as in your last playthrough you only came across the 1. As expected , the breaker was a bullet sponge and at 1 point I thought you were done for but you gladly proved me wrong. The missions were varied and enjoyable. I enjoyed the video ( I saw most of it , if you know what I mean lol ) and as always , I'm looking forward to the next one. Cheers !

I must say, I didn’t hear nearly as much swearing as I expected to in this episode! You did a great job taking out the Breaker, you crisped him up quite nicely! I almost rage quit the game on my first playthrough trying to take that sonofabitch out. I probably had a similar loadout to you, i didn’t know jack squat back then lol. The rest of the episode was quite uneventful! And I don’t mean that in a bad way, well, except for that other thing 😉 Great job as always, a few more things to do before the next “big” mission! You really can't give the Breaker a fair fight, or you lose with Borislav's weapons. My first time, I used the ledges a lot, which gives you a little extra time since all freakers (Breakers included) are terrible climbers. And they are very vulnerable to fire. I was a bit surprised to see that Borislav apparently didn't realize what the bear traps are for. Put those next to the explosive cases *before* engaging the Breaker (you can't get caught in a bear trap that you place), and reap the rewards.
When I finally figured it out after dying many times, I placed bear traps beside explosive crates and lured him close so he’d get trapped. Along with running and hiding lol. Rinse and repeat. If you’re careful, at the beginning of the mission you can sneak around a bit before he notices you. That’s when I laid as many traps as I could. But I also had Molotov’s to use but sadly, our friend does not 😉
My memory of the insane swearing actually comes from another mission involving a Breaker (Not saying which one though, lol) , but I thought it was this one, and it clearly isn't, lol. And yes, some big stuff coming up very soon Violet. Delighted you are enjoying the playthrough, and we'll converse again soon.
@@JBost-en9tq Yes JB, honestly didn't know you could set them up to use them on the big dogs in this game. They seem to work a treat for so many things, lol. My play style in the past has been so gun focused, that I never bothered with so many things. This playthrough has certainly changed that.

Is it possible to kill an npc using on a rock? Just like throwing it at it, I’ve been wondering about that for a few days now. Just haven’t had the time to try it out.
not something i have tried but im sure i saw someone kill the ripper that is holding one of the lost lake women hostage in one of the cabins when the rippers raid lost lake using a rock. cant remember who it was but they were doing a no guns playthrough if i remember correctly
@@djgarf1210 They might have had the skill that allows you to kill weaker enemies with a rock, though I am surprised that a Ripper would drop that easily.
Was really looking forward to seeing how you'd handle the breaker, it was quite entertaining to watch! Also, not sure if know, but the cave in which the NERO mission takes place actually has another way out if you go further in. I always take that one because I don't want to deal with the NERO soldiers like you did, but you handled it quite well anyway so I guess it doesn't matter
Well Boris' channel is the perfect place to pick up all the tips and tricks a person needs to lose their fear of hordes, and to turn your mum into a horde-slayer. :)
Definitely it's how I found this channel I was a little u easy about going out at night and coming up against the hordes on my first play through now I can't keep away from the hordes 😂
@@shawnilouisemummybee8948 LOL, same here. I was so afraid of the Death Train horde on my first playthrough (before I realized you could take them out easily early in the game). That made some missions (e.g., the lavender picking mission) quite unpleasant, since I would have to go near there. Now I take it to the hordes as soon as I can get to them. Survival 2 keeps you on your toes, but even then (with good weapons at least), the hordes are toast.

Great video! Breakers scared the crap outta me when I first played. I found out later, that the stronger melee weapons make pretty quick work of the breakers. Just like you did the roll way, I would roll, then quickly take a couple whacks at him since while he was unbalanced after his attack then I'd roll then repeat with the whacks...takes about three rolls and a couple whacks each time and he goes down. Better than wastin' a ton of ammo. Over at crater lake after getting that superior metal axe, that weapon takes him out quite quickly. This method works really well with the reachers too, cuz they're hard to kill with just a gun no matter how powerful that gun is.
What an amazing display of shooting skills Borislav! Proper nice. Really, really enjoying this series. I've started a New game on Hard II (with no restrictions) and i get humbled by the game ever so often. It really puts into perspective your raw skill and mastery of the game on display here. Just completed the Boozer Nero & Ripper mission. Gave my 3 doggies a great big hug after that. The awesome news is I will be unlocking my favourite weapon, the Pup very soon. The Sherman's Camp & River Flow Farm hordes will be getting it good very shortly :)

Just so you know Boris, the cave you are in at the O'brien mission has a secret exit just past where the researcher goes first. It takes you straight out to near your bike with no need for rock throwing😁
The Days Gone community is awesome. I've had a few people tell me about this, and it's most appreciated Allan. I'm doing videos soon on all these Nero stealth missions (as there are some nice workarounds for most of them), and knowing now about the secret exit on this one has been perfect timing, as I'll use it in the standalone video for this Nero mission.
I genuinely hate taking out the newts, as I just think I'm a child killer because I'm killing what were children. Strange that I don't have a problem with any other types of freaks, lol.

Great strategy with the Breaker Boris. Also, did you know that on that Nero mission there's a narrow exit at the back of that cave if you head straight through where the scientist is working? I used it to get in and out the last time I did this in my playthrough. Good stuff mate :)

I'm guessing by your leaving of the saw mill nero checkpoint that you intend to use the bike on tent easy kill location. There is also the standing on the trap board stack easy kill location. If you do the saw mill mission hoard Boris without using those two easy kill locations, I'll buy you 10 beers. Promise!
LMAO. I have already take out the Sawmill horde my friend, but I'm not giving away how I did it, lol. That episode is 30 videos away. I leave this horde till the end when you get the mission that requires you to take them out.

@Borislav247 I assume you are using the bike jump trick (and using the speakers as attractors) at the Nero checkpoint to deal with the Sawmill Horde? That will be interesting with the guns that you have. 🙂
Lol, I'm not telling JB. All I will say, is that I'm taking them on near the end of this game when you get the mission that requires you to take them out. 30 videos on from this one, so you have a while to wait my friend.
Another entertaining episode, you were so on point with the saf12 from distance, who needs a sniper rifle. Loved the breaker takedown, just shows that using the terrain, pinch points and explosives lying around can make a big difference. Just curious about the Nero injectors, if you don't collect the focus injectors, will the Nero sites not be shown as opened. Not a game changer if they don't. Looking forward to the next instalment. 😊
Thank you for the kind words Darryl, and as for the Focus injectors, I will eventually have to select them to open up the Nero sites, but it's all good, as I simply can't take advantage of the focus injectors because the focus mode is permanently locked due to the fact that you require a skill to be unlocked first, in order to use focus, and I can't unlock any skills on this playthrough, so I can't activate focus.
another great video. not sure if your aware but ammo you pick up off the ground from marauders / rippers etc and the ammo from tins only goes into your spare magazines so you could do with reloading and making sure your weapons are fully reloaded before collecting it as you can lose out on quite a bit of ammo otherwise. same goes for when you fill up in camps. the only time it makes no difference is when you fill up from the ammo bags on the bike as then it always fills your guns and spare magazines up fully also didn't know if your aware but you don't need to do all that tracking stuff to get to red riley, you can climb up on the roof of the cabin he is in and drop in on top of him through a hole
I've got to admit DJG, I know about the ammo stuff, but I constantly forget to reload the gun, just stupidity on my part. And the missions I do occasionally jump past all the clues stuff (as they can be a pain), but I couldn't remember Red Riley's location. I appreciate the cracking info on the hole on top of the roof, as I didn't know about this.
When I think of how painful that breaker fight was for me… I guess that’s why you are the teacher & I am the student. I’ve been skipping the cut scenes & so I’m quite a bit ahead of you, but my efforts are laborious & crude compared to your gameplay. I’ve been trying to strategize the upcoming battles but it seems like it’s gonna be painful. Not even sure it’s going to be possible for me, if I’m being completely honest. This is one crazy weapons load out. 😂😂😂 This is a wonderful display of skill!

around 8:40 - you can still finish that side mission without triggering Skizzo's mission. I've done it countless times. You can't get too close to the start point
I was saying to the screen during the Breaker fight, "grab the trap, grab the trap". During the Nero mission near the Sawmill horde, do you think you could exit the cave at the far end without being noticed? It's a narrow exit.

I like the Red Riley quest but I always end up hiding the whole time: from newts (so I don’t have to kill them) and marauders (so I can kill them easier) 😂
A lot of marauders always seem to be in this place, so I get why you like to hide Charity. A lot of people have mentioned you can just head straight over to the cabin that he's in, and use a hole in the roof to get inside. So I'll be using this method on any future playthroughs, lol.

@36:21… you are just needlessly doing it the hard way to get out of that cave, when in fact you could get out of there easily through the end of the tunnel inside the cave. 🤷🏻
I came here to say precisely that. A few well placed rocks gets the Nero guys looking the other way to get in, and then go back out the way you came. That exit puts you right by where you left the bike also.

Pps theres a few newts there b in crash site but i dunno if they can drop down though id have to test it out. If you go left after coming into site you can see newts up on a rock ledge but like i saud i dont know if drop down or be involved in breaker boss fight GJ btw hehe
48:05 this part always confuses me a bit "So he killed an unarmed woman?" "Nope, she was armed....I knew you'd wanna handle it bc of your thing about killing unarmed women" except she wasn't an unarmed woman so huh?
You can set any bear trap, and it's a good thing to do, as once you pick them up & then set them down again, that trap is no longer a threat to you, as you can walk over it now and nothing will happen to you, but any enemies will get caught if they do.
Pps b you didnt need to throw rocks were 2 nero guards were theres a tunnel leads outside avoiding soldiers. Ie were lt booth was searching behind her theres a tunnel you go down there it leads you out of cave

I didnt get it on hard 2 breaker kicked ten balls of crap outta me lol but i wiped floor with him in survivor 1 1st time. Ps still wauting for some comnents on my vids b fairs fair i comment on yours altime and ya dont livestream. Ps melee attacks are last line defence b and can save ur ass lol i know you no skills on etc but they also interupt attacks save you ammo ur gona need this b as you got no up the ante skill

@@SoldierX-Gamer Well my friend, I do all my editing through Share Factory Studio (this is a program that runs on the PS4 & PS5). I have very little experience with PC footage M. Anything I've recorded from PC has been done using OBS Studio, then I would transfer the footage to my PS5 and edit it there. A lot of work, but I'm very competent with using Share Factory Studio. You basically need to get a piece of editing software, and experiment with it to get what you need. This is one of the toughest parts of having a channel, but you'll get there mate.
@borislav247 ye b I no bout obs I was a PC main for years you do know days gone is miles better on pc? There's a mod that increases horde sizes play as daryl from twd play in nero suit it looks awsome compared to console I might endup back on pc on steam. Imo ps4 hasn't a huge audience like pc n ps5 has. I still not found my fan hehe I had a few while I was on pc I think it's coz it's ps4 and I'm unknown in this scene. I have a mid range PC (was top end when I first built it, but that was many years ago), and I've tried a few of the mods, including the extra large horde sizes. I even took out a 1000 strong Sherman's Camp horde while using Sarah in her wedding dress, lol. I haven't made many videos using the PC, but I mainly exploited the mods. And yes mate, you probably will need a laptop.

Yeah me too. I do the old sneaky peeky past them into trees & loot the weird tree rock place at the top on my way by…
You can simply go through the tree line on foot. The bike will mysteriously appear at the usual place when you unalive the breaker.

Honestly Berry, I've never tried it so I don't know. I know you can kill weak enemies with a rock if you have a particular skill in place though.

Just like you did the roll way, I would roll, then quickly take a couple whacks at him since while he was unbalanced after his attack then I'd roll then repeat with the whacks...takes about three rolls and a couple whacks each time and he goes down. Better than wastin' a ton of ammo. Over at crater lake after getting that superior metal axe, that weapon takes him out quite quickly. This method works really well with the reachers too, cuz they're hard to kill with just a gun no matter how powerful that gun is.

Just so you know Boris, the cave you are in at the O'brien mission has a secret exit just past where the researcher goes first. It takes you straight out to near your bike with no need for rock throwing😁
The Days Gone community is awesome. I've had a few people tell me about this, and it's most appreciated Allan. I'm doing videos soon on all these Nero stealth missions (as there are some nice workarounds for most of them), and knowing now about the secret exit on this one has been perfect timing, as I'll use it in the standalone video for this Nero mission.

Great strategy with the Breaker Boris. Also, did you know that on that Nero mission there's a narrow exit at the back of that cave if you head straight through where the scientist is working? I used it to get in and out the last time I did this in my playthrough. Good stuff mate :)

I'm guessing by your leaving of the saw mill nero checkpoint that you intend to use the bike on tent easy kill location. There is also the standing on the trap board stack easy kill location. If you do the saw mill mission hoard Boris without using those two easy kill locations, I'll buy you 10 beers. Promise!

LMAO. I have already take out the Sawmill horde my friend, but I'm not giving away how I did it, lol. That episode is 30 videos away. I leave this horde till the end when you get the mission that requires you to take them out.

Another entertaining episode, you were so on point with the saf12 from distance, who needs a sniper rifle.
Loved the breaker takedown, just shows that using the terrain, pinch points and explosives lying around can make a big difference.
Just curious about the Nero injectors, if you don't collect the focus injectors, will the Nero sites not be shown as opened. Not a game changer if they don't.

Thank you for the kind words Darryl, and as for the Focus injectors, I will eventually have to select them to open up the Nero sites, but it's all good, as I simply can't take advantage of the focus injectors because the focus mode is permanently locked due to the fact that you require a skill to be unlocked first, in order to use focus, and I can't unlock any skills on this playthrough, so I can't activate focus.

another great video. not sure if your aware but ammo you pick up off the ground from marauders / rippers etc and the ammo from tins only goes into your spare magazines so you could do with reloading and making sure your weapons are fully reloaded before collecting it as you can lose out on quite a bit of ammo otherwise. same goes for when you fill up in camps. the only time it makes no difference is when you fill up from the ammo bags on the bike as then it always fills your guns and spare magazines up fully
also didn't know if your aware but you don't need to do all that tracking stuff to get to red riley, you can climb up on the roof of the cabin he is in and drop in on top of him through a hole
I've got to admit DJG, I know about the ammo stuff, but I constantly forget to reload the gun, just stupidity on my part. And the missions I do occasionally jump past all the clues stuff (as they can be a pain), but I couldn't remember Red Riley's location. I appreciate the cracking info on the hole on top of the roof, as I didn't know about this.
When I think of how painful that breaker fight was for me… I guess that’s why you are the teacher & I am the student. I’ve been skipping the cut scenes & so I’m quite a bit ahead of you, but my efforts are laborious & crude compared to your gameplay. I’ve been trying to strategize the upcoming battles but it seems like it’s gonna be painful. Not even sure it’s going to be possible for me, if I’m being completely honest. This is one crazy weapons load out. 😂😂😂 This is a wonderful display of skill!

around 8:40 - you can still finish that side mission without triggering Skizzo's mission. I've done it countless times. You can't get too close to the start point

I was saying to the screen during the Breaker fight, "grab the trap, grab the trap". During the Nero mission near the Sawmill horde, do you think you could exit the cave at the far end without being noticed? It's a narrow exit.
You probably can Kelly, which I'll definitely have to check out the next time I play it. I'm actually working through all the Nero stealth missions right now, so all these easy ways to get the job done on these missions will be included. Thank you for watching Kelly.

I like the Red Riley quest but I always end up hiding the whole time: from newts (so I don’t have to kill them) and marauders (so I can kill them easier) 😂
A lot of marauders always seem to be in this place, so I get why you like to hide Charity. A lot of people have mentioned you can just head straight over to the cabin that he's in, and use a hole in the roof to get inside. So I'll be using this method on any future playthroughs, lol.

@36:21… you are just needlessly doing it the hard way to get out of that cave, when in fact you could get out of there easily through the end of the tunnel inside the cave. 🤷🏻
I came here to say precisely that. A few well placed rocks gets the Nero guys looking the other way to get in, and then go back out the way you came. That exit puts you right by where you left the bike also.
Plus if you haul ass at the beginning of the mission you can get inside the cave before they do.

Pps theres a few newts there b in crash site but i dunno if they can drop down though id have to test it out. If you go left after coming into site you can see newts up on a rock ledge but like i saud i dont know if drop down or be involved in breaker boss fight GJ btw hehe
I've never had any of the newts join the fight before, but they are definitely there. They must just stay up there and watch the entertainment, lol.

Can you “set” any bear trap in the game? Or are there only certain ones that can be used?
You can set any bear trap, and it's a good thing to do, as once you pick them up & then set them down again, that trap is no longer a threat to you, as you can walk over it now and nothing will happen to you, but any enemies will get caught if they do.
Pps b you didnt need to throw rocks were 2 nero guards were theres a tunnel leads outside avoiding soldiers. Ie were lt booth was searching behind her theres a tunnel you go down there it leads you out of cave

I didnt get it on hard 2 breaker kicked ten balls of crap outta me lol but i wiped floor with him in survivor 1 1st time. Ps melee attacks are last line defence b and can save ur ass lol i know you no skills on etc but they also interupt attacks save you ammo ur gona need this b as you got no up the ante skill

@@SoldierX-Gamer Well my friend, I do all my editing through Share Factory Studio (this is a program that runs on the PS4 & PS5). I have very little experience with PC footage M. Anything I've recorded from PC has been done using OBS Studio, then I would transfer the footage to my PS5 and edit it there. A lot of work, but I'm very competent with using Share Factory Studio. You basically need to get a piece of editing software, and experiment with it to get what you need. This is one of the toughest parts of having a channel, but you'll get there mate.
@borislav247 ye b I no bout obs I was a PC main for years you do know days gone is miles better on pc? There's a mod that increases horde sizes play as daryl from twd play in nero suit it looks awsome compared to console I might endup back on pc on steam. Imo ps4 hasn't a huge audience like pc n ps5 has. I still not found my fan hehe I had a few while I was on pc I think it's coz it's ps4 and I'm unknown in this scene. I have a mid range PC (was top end when I first built it, but that was many years ago), and I've tried a few of the mods, including the extra large horde sizes. I even took out a 1000 strong Sherman's Camp horde while using Sarah in her wedding dress, lol. I haven't made many videos using the PC, but I mainly exploited the mods. And yes mate, you probably will need a laptop.
