Looks like they needed to open Chasm before Sumeru, but decided they will not make dendro in time so they just switched for other puzzles in mid work

And since Shenli wasn't Ayaka's name but her family's name, confusion would've been unavoidable by the time Ayato rolled around to make the Shenli Trio.

Actually Shen He name didn't mean Immortal Crane, cause that would be “神”鹤, instead her name is “申”鹤. Pronunciation in Chinese are different too, 神is second sound, while 申is first sound. I'm guessing Mihoyo change whole idea due to the leaking information, cause there is a fun fact that her CN VA is same as Cloud Retainer.
Having the same VA doesn't mean much in the scheme of things as there are multiple characters with the same VA. A perfect example is that the English VA for Aether also does the voice for Mooncarver.

ganyu's story quest where she's lonely for being a lone half-adepti living in liyue harbor. that was sad until we later learn that there are actually a bunch of other unnamed adepti and half-adepti living in liyue harbor, plus also there's madam ping and yanfei. all she has to do is spend time with them and its not like she's not allowed to take breaks from being the qixing secretary as she's very efficient at her job that even 3 of ningguang's little helpers can barely do it for her. ganyu is actually well-liked and looked up to by the people of liyue harbor unlike let's say eula who has a bad reputation and is treated like a social pariah because of her family name(talking down to strangers doesn't help her case); and is hated not only by plenty of mondstadt citizens for her family's history, but as well as her own family for joining the knights of favonius. There's literally no way they would make Archons bad. They know full well they have the potential to be the greatest economic driver as far as revenue is concerned. I'd expect the Dendro Archon to gain as much popularity as Raiden had.

Scaramouche is Raiden’s younger brother. 3. Scaramouche joined the Fatui to save his sister, whose mind was being warped by the possession of the first electro archon. 4. Scaramouche wants to deal with the issue himself, so Signora will not be interfering until his older sister falls. 5. Raiden gave her gnosis to her younger brother, to be handed over to Signora 6. Gorou from the resistance army will be hit by Musou no Ittou but will survive - not just once but three times. The first time, he receives a hit at the martial duel in from of Tenshukaku. And then MC gave Gorou recharge and helps him receive/survive a second hit. And then everyone stood together to help receive the third blow. 7. Raiden wanted to hit a fourth time, but realised she can’t do it any more. The first archon remembered about the past, and remembered the last fool who also withstood blow after blow. The current archon Raiden thought of her brother, and thought of her pure and untainted bonds with everyone prior to becoming the archon, and decided to resist the first archon. “So much power, isn’t it as if it’s fighting against the heavenly principles itself? Actually Shen He name didn't mean Immortal Crane, cause that would be “神”鹤, instead her name is “申”鹤. Pronunciation in Chinese are different too, 神is second sound, while 申is first sound. I'm guessing Mihoyo change whole idea due to the leaking information, cause there is a fun fact that her CN VA is same as Cloud Retainer.
Having the same VA doesn't mean much in the scheme of things as there are multiple characters with the same VA. A perfect example is that the English VA for Aether also does the voice for Mooncarver.

ganyu's story quest where she's lonely for being a lone half-adepti living in liyue harbor. that was sad until we later learn that there are actually a bunch of other unnamed adepti and half-adepti living in liyue harbor, plus also there's madam ping and yanfei. all she has to do is spend time with them and its not like she's not allowed to take breaks from being the qixing secretary as she's very efficient at her job that even 3 of ningguang's little helpers can barely do it for her.
ganyu is actually well-liked and looked up to by the people of liyue harbor unlike let's say eula who has a bad reputation and is treated like a social pariah because of her family name(talking down to strangers doesn't help her case); and is hated not only by plenty of mondstadt citizens for her family's history, but as well as her own family for joining the knights of favonius.

There's also the amount of posts saying that Raiden Shogun was a terrible unit, not worth pulling, needed to be buffed and needed C2 to be even usable.
Yet she proved to be one of the best and useful units, didn't need any buffs and is very powerful at C0.

My two cents on the matter, but I think that's par on course for this game. New character gets released, meta-centric genshin players crank out content that says "X character is terrible, don't pull for them!" At least that's what I've observed in my 9 months of being into the game

I remember this fake leak of Inazuma archon quest , This might be an unpopular opinion, but I like this one better than Archon quest that we got:
1. The current electro archon’s body is occupied by the first electro archon. Collecting Visions was to accumulate power to backstab Heavenly Principles (Unknown god)
2. Scaramouche is Raiden’s younger brother.
3. Scaramouche joined the Fatui to save his sister, whose mind was being warped by the possession of the first electro archon.
4. Scaramouche wants to deal with the issue himself, so Signora will not be interfering until his older sister falls.
5. Raiden gave her gnosis to her younger brother, to be handed over to Signora
6. Gorou from the resistance army will be hit by Musou no Ittou but will survive - not just once but three times. The first time, he receives a hit at the martial duel in from of Tenshukaku. And then MC gave Gorou recharge and helps him receive/survive a second hit. And then everyone stood together to help receive the third blow.
7. Raiden wanted to hit a fourth time, but realised she can’t do it any more. The first archon remembered about the past, and remembered the last fool who also withstood blow after blow. The current archon Raiden thought of her brother, and thought of her pure and untainted bonds with everyone prior to becoming the archon, and decided to resist the first archon.
“So much power, isn’t it as if it’s fighting against the heavenly principles itself? If I lose this way, it would still be a pretty good ending.” Despite (the first electro archon) accumulating so much power, it was still resisted by humans, by their mere mortal bodies. Their power is that strong. So the role of assassinating Unknown God was left to the Traveller.
8. Raiden lost the battle and was saved by Scaramouche. Signora appears to finish off the battle. This battle will become a weekly boss domain.
9. Raiden recovers her consciousness and gave her gnosis to her brother. Scaramouche gave it to Signora on the spot, and left the Fatui, taking his sister with him.
10. Scaramouche hinted to the traveller that his sister is still alive, and leaves the mission of killing the unknown god to the traveller.
I don't know about it better but for me this suck compare to the current one but everyone have different opinion

I think some leaks aren't even fake, mihoyo/hoyoverse just changed things before official release. Look at how much Shenhe design changed from the og one for example. I think they might have meant for her to be cloud retainer but changed it. Or the leaked kits. Now we know the beta testers get MULTIPLE different kits of characters sometimes. Even different weapon. I think it's fully plausible that Albedo was meant to be archer initially but they changed it.
