    HOW TO FOLD THE ROLL:

    Vegan Filling:
    2 big sweet potato
    2 purple onion
    2 flowers of broccoli
    10-15 portobello mushrooms
    1 bell pepper
    handful of coriander \ parsley
    100 gram of pine nuts \ pumpkin seeds
    handful of dried cranberries
    150-200 gram of vegan cheese
    slice the onions. bell pepper and mushrooms .
    Season with black pepper, salt, thyme, olive oil and silan (date syrup) and roast in the oven.
    Cool the mixture and add the pine nuts, dried cranberries, cheese flakes and cilantro / parsley.
    Bake the rolls in the oven at 190 ° C until they are brown on top.
