This is the best review of this vehicle that I have ever seen. I love your reviewing style, and you gave me everything that I needed to know and you talked about the vehicle and the way that other reviewers don’t. Highly actionable. Thank you very much.
1:07 "Hey Toyota! I'm hot" ...... salute to Toyota voice command that it understands what the driver actually meant which humans like me failed to get. You are 🔥 !
Just bought ours last week. Almost the same car as what you reviewed. We LOVE it. Due to some major bad luck (thankfully none of it our fault but our insurance company hates us) in the last 5 years we’ve owned a pilot, palisade, telluride and now the Grand Highlander. As you can imagine, we’ve test driven almost every mid size suv out there since we’ve had to buy so many darn cars. The Grand Highlander hybrid is my favorite by far.
Great Review! My Only Concern is the small engine. I would prefer to have a 3.0 Liter Powerplant. I really like the clean design of the Grand Highlander over the bumpy Regular Highlander. I did not hear mention of a 40/20/40 second row bench seating.
Hi momma! It would’ve been nice to see if the back can still be accessible with fwd facing car seats, if we need to use it on a pinch and don’t have time to remove the car seats… 🤔😊👍
Hey, that’s a good point. My kids have recently outgrown car seats and so i don’t always want to drag them around with me. 🙃 Let me go back and check my notes and I will get back to you
Great review! I’m debating between this and the TX. Mainly because we would need the hybrid Max setup. There are 5 of us, sometimes friends and luggage etc. We do a lot of road trips.
Hey! Having driven both they’re fraternal twins. With Lexus being more “lux” and Toyota having that hybrid option. (I would prefer the hybrid max myself! ) But space wise they’re the same!
I have to wait 5 years for a used. Not only paying more than $50K to buy new but having to pay out a sales tax of more than $3,000 the first year of purchase and more than $1,800 Ad Valorem in years 2 thru 4 in my county based on current value is a hard pill to swallow.
which model, trim and what options on this one you are driving? How much? Link to purchase one with a live sales person! Build and ship to home to finalize purchase!
I don’t sell cars. I receive press loans from automakers to do a review. Good luck in your search!! This is the Limited trim. It should be in the description of my video. 💙
Unfortunately one can not use a child seat in the middle row, middle seat unless you buy a cheaper LE model. Why does Toyota only offer a bench seat in the lowest trim levels. It’s poor management thinking.
@@chowchow3335depends if the dealer ordered the bench seat . Considering it’s a $0 option I find it ridiculous that they just don’t include it by default
Just bought my wife one of these. Had to trade in her Jeep Wrangler + $39k cash. These cars aren’t cheap but hers has literally every option for the limited 2.5l hybrid. I wish the dealer had more options but it’s really nice. Gas mileage is a game changer.
Really sad when people call this GH a mom car too… can we just have a non gender car that both dads and moms can drive and be cool… soon mom truck, what dads gonna drive??? 18 wheelers? :)

Came for the review. Stayed for the smoking hot review mom. Great job, Jana!

@@realmomcartours Thank you. Me, too!
Thank you! Mine is on order, can't wait.
You are going to love it!
This was a thorough review. Thank you!
I have the same color, and I bought black, vinyl decals for the Grand Highlander logo! Makes it POP so much more now!
Love that!
Where did you buy the decals from, I wanna do that to mine! 😊
@user-gf9xn8kd1d Ebay, like $20 I think.
awesome, and the car is sweet too.
Great video. Thank you.

1:07 Yes. Yes u are……
LOL!! You win!! ❤
with the third row seats down and the second row pushed up front how much length is there
I'm not exactly sure.. but there's a lot of cargo space - would there be passengers in the second row? if not, you can lay them flat as well.
How tall are you for reference in the 3rd?
5’7”
How does it drive?
I enjoyed driving it. So easy to park. Great handling. Very comfortable ride to me.
How many forward facing carseats does this car hold?
I’d say 4
Thank you@@realmomcartours
How did you order it and got it delivered home? How did you skip the dealer?
This is a press car. I get loans from manufacturers in order to do a review.
@@realmomcartours thank you
Awesome quick review!!! How do you like the sound system?
I thought it was good!
What MPGS in city/highway or overall did you get?
I was 90% around town and I averaged 34
@@realmomcartours thank you! Great video!
@@jiolmedo1 thanks for watching!
Hi Jana How Are You Can You Make The 2024 GMC Yukon Denali
I would love to. I would need to reach out to my team at GM and see if that’s available.
@@realmomcartours Can You Post More Video

Looks like 3 across in the back would definitely be tight
No mid size suv will comfortably fit three in the third row. If you need that, you better go up to a full size suv

We just need a bathroom and a kitchen and we don’t need a house. 😅
Thankyou for your review..It was informative however this is not hybrid 🙂
I just went back and checked the window sticker and it’s definitely a hybrid.
The regular hybrid badge is the back when she was showing lift gate. This is not the Hybrid Max though.
It's better to start your car engine and show what the LED light looks like
Thanks for the trip!
Tip!

Out the door for the platinum hybrid here in MD is 73k. Way overpriced.

When i told the car I’m hot, she said no you’re not. WTH?
🤣🤣🤣
Tired of these fake reviews that don't give any negatives. You didn't even mention the poor safety reading that it received!

The offset crash test is useless
That thin clunky aluminum hood bouncing around on the highway really pisses me off.... So does their thin tinny sounding doors when you close them.
I don’t notice that about the hood! I did find the hybrid engine to be loud
A minivan is much better mom's car.
disagree. The GH has everything a minivan would have, minus the sliding doors.
Women hate minivans. Look it up

Disagree; every objective review says the Sienna beats the GH in every way except the info screen@@adriandilley1586
