I could honestly see this card happening. If Rock however isn't gonna be at Mania, I would do Roman vs Cody for the Universal title and Roman vs Rollins for the WWE title. The matches are there, it just depends on the booking.

Honestly the only gripe I have is please WWE add Damian priest and Dolph Ziggler to the US title ladder match. They both deserve a spot on the card for Wrestlemania. Dolph because a veteran that good should not be left out, and Damien because his momentum would be stopped if he isn’t on the card.
