- On Uncensored Talk, Karan Ashley welcomes the hilariously talented actor Jason Narvy along with the voices of "Power Rangers;" voice over actors: Eddie Frierson, Robert Axelrod, Barbara Goodson, and Kerrigan Mahan.
The "Green With Evil" 5 episode saga was one of the zeniths of my childhood. Every kid remembers that.

Watching Power Rangers for the first time in 2023 and I am so grateful for these uncensored talks and all the backstage tea. 💛
Karan Ashley is cute as shit. I'm sad she wasn't on the show more, because she had so much personality.
Another great episode, Ms. Ashley. First of all, I love Jason Narvy. He and Paulie really made MMPR what it was because of their hilarious antics as Bulk and Skull. I wished he could've did his infamous laugh lol.
Second of all, it was so amazing to see the voiceover actors get their time to shine. I finally got to see the lovely Ms. Barbara Goodson and how she brought Bandora Rita Repulsa to life.
Robert Axelrod is such a warm, kind-hearted man. Man, the way he voiced Lord Zedd scared the pants off of me because he was such a one-side villain, but when Rita came back and they got married, it was pretty much all comic relief from there. I'd describe them as the Power Ranger version of the Honeymooners lol.
Mr. Kerrigan Mahan aka Goldar and the badass Magna Defender. A fun fact: he also provided the voice of Jeb the dog on VR Troopers. He dished out some great advice on how to get into the business. I can see why everyone on that panel maintained their careers since PR. I truly love that man. Oh, and by the way, one of my favorite lines from Goldar was from "Green With Evil, pt. 3: The Rescue":
Goldar: "No human has ever defeated Goldar!"
Jason: "Well, I'm gonna change that!"

Robert Axelrod is one of the legit MVP's of Power Rangers. He killed it.
Bulk & Skull were my introduction to Slapstick
Lol same with me! The 90s had lots of slapstick films and tv shows, but Bulk and Skull were the reason I enjoyed all of them and still do. I still miss their slapstick antics, lol.

Wow... Very cool. I wanted to hear Goldars voice again. He only did it once but it was still awesome to see him do it
And nowadays Barbara Goodson is just as well known for being the voice of Laharl from Disgaea as she is for being Rita Repulsa :) I seriously keep picturing Rita every time I hear Laharl when I play the Disgaea games...

Skull and bulk was the glue of the series

The clown felt more like the Joker when I saw that episode.
They thought Goldar or "Griffozer" from Zyuranger because he was inaudible or mute if you will for the entire first part of the Zyuranger Super Sentai and its amazing to have had gave him such character.
This is so cool! I couldn't be happier when the cast comes back to talk about the series! Love seeing everyone again. If I was in charge of the show, I'd treat everyone like gold and bring the cast back more often

I can't help but point out that Kerrigan Mahan said Austin St. John was the youngest Ranger hired at 17. That's not true.
Correction: Blake Foster was actually the youngest Ranger hired (Justin in Power Rangers: Turbo). ;)
I think he meant in that cast he was the youngest.

he was referring to the original cast let alone the original season(duh) hence the reason why the pineapple clown was there (Season 1)

What season did rita leave and what season did she come back and for how long?

From the first season of Mighty Morphin' until the end of Zeo. Then a cameo in the Turbo movie, then she made a return for some episodes of In Space. I don't think she was seen after that, apart from an appearance of the "Mystic Mother" in Mystic Force, but that was only because Bandora and the Mystic Mother were both portrayed by Machiko Soga in the Sentai.
Fun fact: Machiko Soga also played Queen Pandora in Jikuu Senshi Spielban, which was one of the shows adapted into VR Troopers.
