This is for all NRl's. I paid to a real estate company for a plot and I had agreement with them. I paid this amount to Layout developer. A NRI person had chosen the same plot and she knows that I have agreement with the developer., irrespective of this... She chose to purchase this plot and directly had registration with land owner. Now, that real estate company and devloper hasn't paid back my money even after an year of my agreement. Please NRI's, just because you have money..not following minimum morale led me ... to depression. It was 40 lakhs and 20 lakhs on loan. Complained on real estate company to police. They took my write up. But didn't file the case. I am scared of investment in Hyderabad. Real estate company name: One estate India pvt. Limited and developer was " Raja developers". Layout name was: IIT county, near IIT Hyderabad.
As a recent NRI i already had this experience of pressure on investing some insurance or related products. But already im a money pursian by that time and i calculated the way sai anna showed in one of the vedio how to caluclate return. So i avoided fhat product after calculating. It is not advisable for this country's NRIs to invest in India Mutual Funds, there are NO complications when your KYC is updated from Indian side but US tax rules are very complicated because of PFCI regulations. Thanks Money Purse. One question. I had taken iTerm policy in 2012 for 1cr at the time of the policy I had gone through the blood work all came good, after that they had given policy to me. At that time I did not have a habit of drinking, however currently I had habit of drinking & got weight gain as well due to stress in work & now out of country as well. I do inform that I am out of country but I did not inform about I had started drinking. Do I need to inform now to them, If I informed now Is there going to increase permium ? as I had taken this insurance when I am mid of 30 years got insurance permium is less at that time when you compare with other Term insurance companines. 2. In these years I had taken couple of insurance policies in the country where I resides do I need to inform them as well?, why I asking this question is at the time of application they have asked to inform all policies which I have so I had mentioned it.

However, I recently acquired Canadian Citizenship and surrendered my Indian Citizenship and obtained an OCI. My question is can I continue to invest in PPF until maturity it's?
@Moneypurse I have been holding MF from 2016 and moved outside India in 2022 and stopped my SIP in 2023-July after I got to know about FEMA regulations. But I have not withdrawn the funds. It will be matured by 2026 July to redeem it. In your Video, You have told 30-04-2025 is the last date. Can you tell me can continue to hold them without paying monthly SIP? Thanks in Advance ❤😊
