    1) I loved how you organized and structured the video!! Super informational and easy to search if needed.
    2) Being from LA with friends living at these places, Atelier is my favorite! Their staff members are so kind and I think the quality of the amenities are worth. The Whole Foods being across the street is a strong plus as well. Aven's super close to Pine and Crane for comfort asian food and also a Starbucks. Although, Hope+Flower and Circa are lovely, they are super close to high traffic event areas such as the 110 freeway exit and Staples Center.
    3) Hope you were able to find your new home!

Insider tip: Downtown is subdivided into three parts. Look to live in South Park or bunker hill - not historic core. historic core (where most of these apartments were) are really sketchy, often has break ins, and is generally not worth the few 100’s you’ll save per month.

Holly fuck I work in LA and hate that I lose 4 hours a day min. Commuting was thinking about trying to get something out there, but my gas cost is is 1200 and my mortgage where I live is only 1000. I’m actually saving money, if don’t include the time I lose, but at the same time and helps keep me out of trouble. I know I would get into some crazy shit if I lived in LA

Perla's video can be filmed better, Perla's 360 degree view is stunning and I dont see it on the video; also the amenities spaces are a lot bigger and glamorous. I live there, to be honest with you guys is a great property, but the neighborhood needs updates.

@@dorotheaurelio oh that makes sense! Well you may have a good deal for a 2 bed 2 bath (even though I’m very aware of how it expensive that is), and it also may depend on the area, like South Park is overall safer and nicer than historic core for example. All of these apartment aren't worth the money they charge. I stayed at one of those and moved in a different section. I get more for my money. These amenities are just fluff, hard to use the gym when it stays crowded, hard to use the pool when it's always crowded. The elevators at times you have to wait 15 mins before you can get on one because of the demand, go in the morning or after work you will have to let several pass. You pay for parking and a lot, when I lived there is was like extra $150. NO guest parking.
Plus the features like the Bosch W/D are the absolute worst, the dryer takes like 6 hours to dry one load because it doesn't have an exhaust so it just spins until all your clothes are dry.
