Thank youuuu! It tends to depend on what city you're in within LA county so I would say this building was a bit more affordable for the size in DTLA. It also depends on the floor and the higher you get the more expensive so this layout ranged from $3000-$4800ish. Then you also have to pay an additional $200 a month for a parking garage space.
The windows in this apartment are pretty. I love natural light as well. But I was getting nervous seeing the views from up so high. Im curious to know where u will b residing next. Thanks for sharing your life with us Megz. Good video.
LA is very deceptive. Beautiful fast paste downtown when you’re up high and in a complex like this . But we all know the homeless epidemic and after those two young black women got killed down there that’s scary. I live in downey n from LA
