The Guardian is such an underrated movie. It's got a superb cast, an amazing storyline, a beautiful soundtrack. It definitely deserves much more recognition than it gets.

When I was suffering from depression way back when, I stumbled upon this video, which led me to Breaking Benjamin; the band that ultimately got me through it. Coming back here certainly gives me goosebumps.
I feel you on that.....great band that helped me through some rough patches too.
Music only helps if you have light depressions like you had. If you have severe depressions, music does´t help shit. It just makes you understand how fucked up life really is.
that's how i was. when my brother in law died. i was close to him and i happened to be from the same place breaking ben is from. and i know half the band so i turned this one on and crawl and it helped me thru so much

Melvin Winthagen I've loved Breaking Benjamin for at least 10 years. Their song 'Rain' is one of my all-time favorites, because it is different from their usual sound. 'Rain' was also a very special song for me and a wonderful man who used to be in my life. It was our song I suppose.
I have suffered severe depression for 20 years. When I'm extremely depressed, I don't listen to music. I don't know why. I just can't..it's difficult to explain. I am currently at the lowest point I've ever been in in my life; so low that suicide has been on my mind every day for the past 7 months. This song makes me cry, for multiple reasons. But I love this song so much. This is the first time I've commented on RUclips.
