Early Manufacture of LED Sign Tubes

In this video, we will guide you through the early stages of the PCBA manufacturing process for LED sign tubes. Firstly, in the SMT placement workshop for lenses, the lenses are adhered to the PCB using an SMT machine. The lenses used in our LED sign tubes are PMMA optical TV lenses with an impressive light transmittance rate of up to 93%. The PCBA, after SMT placement, undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure there are no issues in terms of appearance or electrical aspects. Only the PCBA that passes these inspections is then installed onto aluminum heat sinks for the subsequent assembly steps. Through a series of assembly processes, we integrate the LED sign tube into the lightbox for performance testing. You'll observe that our LED sign tubes emit light on both sides and exhibit excellent illumination uniformity.
