- What an honour to be invited into the Parkhead director's box for Celtic B v Rangers B in the Clarke EPOS Lowland League.
Not only did I get to watch a great game of non league football, I also met Celtic's current first team manager, Ange Postecoglou!

Your coverage of Scottish football puts the Scottish press to shame, keep the good content coming, love it.
That's very true. The mainstream media dosent care that mucb about the fans side of it or any team outwith Glasgow Edinburgh and Dundee and certainly don't care about non prem sides
Can't speak on the Scottish press, but I agree. As an American I had no clue how historic and important Scottish football is until finding his channel.

@@valormeer I agree totally Sam goes to grounds nobody else does ,from giant to amateur and he really gives Scottish football a massive boost, real joy in his face at games when Scottish clubs win in Europe and stays neutral which is hard to do in Scotland, Glasgow especially but all videos are great.

I understand that some people don't like that the B teams of the biggest clubs play certain competitions. On the other hand, it is needed. When I look at it from the point of view of a Sparta Prague fan, I perceive it as an important thing. Sparta has the strongest academy in the country. Lots of talents who need care to become real footballers one day. The Sparta B team played the third Czech league last year. They absolutely crushed the competition in it. Now the B team of Sparta plays the second Czech league and there are currently 4th with a loss of 2 points to 2nd place. This is the quality of some of the young boys, who grow up for Sparta for the future. These guys are playing professional competitions with much older players, preparing for their chance to play in A team and almost every match there is watched by the A team coach and the legendary Sparta players from the past. That is a huge motivation. And, of course, the club has the opportunity for the players of A team to play them a little in team B matches after the injury. In addition, it attracts fans of smaller clubs when the B team of the largest club in the country comes to them ... The problem is that lower competitions do not attract so much in the Czech Republic and therefore the B team plays in the training center and has probably never played in the stadium of A team. Only the women's team of the Sparta Prague played Champions League matches there.

One day you should come to south America and visit the legendary stadiums that we have here, like centenário in Montevideo or maracanã from rio.
Also, on the way to Montevideo, you can stop at Porto Alegre (where I live) and see the grenal (grêmio x internacional), the biggest derby on Brazil and both theirs stadiums, Arena do Grêmio and Beira-rio, two really wonderful stadiums.
You look as though you got a real buzz out of that experience. Pretty impressive crowd for the Colts.

Thing about our league in Scotland is that we might not have the most amazing quality but entertainment wise it's off the charts.

I passionately support having colt teams in the Lowland and Highland Leagues. It is about giving young Scottish players at the big clubs, early experience of competitive football.
In Croatia, Spain, Germany, Portugal, the Netherlands, and France they have played b teams in the lower divisions of their leagues.
It is about making Scotland produce more top players.
Young Scottish players at the top clubs often get understandably blocked out of the first team by more experienced players, so this is about ensuring the next generation of Scottish players get early competitive experience.
I would love to see Ross County, Aberdeen, Dundee United, Inverness Caledonian Thistle and Cove Rangers having B teams in the Scottish Highland League.
