i think love is so complicated because there's also so many forms it comes in. strangers willing to let you know how important you are is a form of love. people say these things because they care!! and it's hard to grasp that sometimes love comes so easily and naturally, especially if you're stuck in a negative headspace. i've definitely been stuck in that mindset many times before. but people don't have to know you to love you or care about you personally say. people can still want you to be okay and want you to feel loved even if they don't know you on a deep level ❤️

Hi Patrick! I first wanted to say that the past few days I’ve been listening to this video to try to sleep and I honestly think it’s done a lot of good for my brain. This is the most okay I’ve felt in a few days and I’ve wanted to thank you for helping so much with that. Secondly I’ve noticed a lot in the video and I don’t mean to over analyze everything but I believe in the thought of “things you tell to others are sometimes things you need to be told yourself” or something like that. Like around the 18:50 mark when you said that everything was going to be okay for everyone except for you. I know it’s really hard to believe because I feel like I have the same mindset as you when it comes to it and I have a really hard time listening either but everything is truest going to be okay. You may not feel it all the time but you are so deeply loved and appreciated. Not even for just the content you produce but you as a person, you’re very open and have such a softness and understanding that is hard to find it people today. It's weird. I've watched several of your vids. And even though asmr is about sounds, those don't actually do much for me. But the hand movements? I can't explain it, but I feel them. Like a massage across my face. And I enjoy every bit of it.

Hi Patrick! I first wanted to say that the past few days I’ve been listening to this video to try to sleep and I honestly think it’s done a lot of good for my brain. This is the most okay I’ve felt in a few days and I’ve wanted to thank you for helping so much with that.
Secondly I’ve noticed a lot in the video and I don’t mean to over analyze everything but I believe in the thought of “things you tell to others are sometimes things you need to be told yourself” or something like that. Like around the 18:50 mark when you said that everything was going to be okay for everyone except for you. I know it’s really hard to believe because I feel like I have the same mindset as you when it comes to it and I have a really hard time listening either but everything is truest going to be okay. You may not feel it all the time but you are so deeply loved and appreciated. Not even for just the content you produce but you as a person, you’re very open and have such a softness and understanding that is hard to find it people today. I hope you’re doing okay today, and if not, it will get better. And please know you’re never alone. Take care!
