The way for the past few days i have your videos on repeat almost all day long when i do other things just simply because my ADHD brain paired with constant anxiety thoughts is making me crazy and your videos help drown out the constant noise and chatter going on in my head. I wanna thank you for that!! These have been the most difficult 5 months in my intire life with constant anxiety, possible OCD, lack of sleep and because of all that i suffer so much more with my autism and ADHD and even start unwillingly unmasking traits i have been masking for many many years because i have no energy anymore. Sorry for all my rambling but i don’t have many people in my life who i feel like would understand all of this besides my partner and some friends so i needed to let it out. Its why i tend to overshare. I really appreciate the work you put out. It helps people more than you know!!
