Maybe if he stops making more pop, this song was good though, he just needs to make his old type of songs but with his quality he has now, that would go crazy. A lot of people started liking him from years ago and completely stopped listening and it's sad to see that the fanbase is dying.
@@coatt I don't necessarily think the fanbase seemingly reducing is a result of his change in sound, I quite like it and I've been a fan since around 2016. The momentum in terms of growth for his old style kinda went away somewhere around 2019-2020, if you look at many of the other artists from his cohort they don't really make the same sound anymore either and a bunch of them jumped on the pop punk revival train. Kind of unfortunate to see the views and likes stagnate because he's a really talented guy, but idk if going back to his earlier style would change much and I doubt that's what he wants.

I get that that type of music went away, but I don't get why they can't make rap still and not pop or punk. Its just that the people you see are the big people; the people with millions on millions of followers, those who has HIGH income. its not a lot to "todays standards" if theres millions of artists without even 400k monthly listeners.
