Sperando di fare cosa gradita e nel caso in cui qualcuno avesse bisogno della traduzione:
Ho iniziato a suonare la chitarra all’età di 11 anni perché amo davvero Jimi Hendrix.
Sono sempre stato impressionato dal “muro” di Marshall dietro di lui.
Ho sempre pensato che il suo suono provenisse esclusivamente dai pedali ma quando ho suonato per la prima volta in vita mia con un Marshall Plexi Stack, ho compreso davvero come potevo ottenere quei suoni.
Quel momento fu incredibile!
La saturazione è il segreto del mio suono e Marshall è perfetta per questo.
Utilizzo i potenziometri della mia chitarra per ottenere tutti i suoni di cui ho bisogno.
Certo, amo ancora utilizzare i pedali per “completare” il mio suono, come il wah wah e il fuzz ma il mio suono, fondamentalmente, arriva dal mio Marshall.
Preferisco le testate ai combo perché per ottenere suoni ancora diversi con lo stesso amplificatore, non bisogna fare altro che cambiare cassa e questa cosa è estremamente utile in studio.
Le mie testate preferite sono la Plexi e la JTM45, sono estremamente dinamiche!
I 4 ingressi mi danno molta scelta per ottenere il suono giusto.
La Studio Vintage è un’ottima versione della Plexi ed è perfetta per sessioni live o in studio.
Adoro utilizzarla con uno Spring Reverb che è facilissimo da collegare grazie al send/return posizionato sul pannello posteriore.
Attualmente sto registrando le mie canzoni e Marshall si combina perfettamente con tutte le mie chitarre, è davvero semplice e piacevole lavorare con questo bellissimo amplificatore.

All those kids with their rectifiers probably won't know what we're talking about here. But, man, that's the top of the tone. You can play with this sound for hours and it won't get boring.

I too was originally inspired by Jimi and just picked one of these up and Oh. My. God... I get it too now! It sounds AMAZING to me - positions 2 and 4 on the 5 way switch finally sound "right" - my Sun Face finally sounds "right" - and a vibe into the fuzz is like being carried on a purple cloud sent from heaven by Jimi himself... :P

I've never heard a better sound clip of any marshall in my entire life. He must be using pedals here. Has to be! I've played a plexi with a strat and haven't gotten close to this lol. Even cranked.

Hi friend, I have a plexi SV20H, but when I turn on delay and reverb in the send and return, the sound of these effects is distorted, how do you use these effects in the head loop?
my most favorite amp are vox ac30 and fender tweed for fender stratocaster!
I just got one of these and also play a couple Strats. I've been struggling a bit to get the tones I'm looking for. I would love to know what your knob settings are on this video. I know you said you keep the presence down. Any other hints?
I keep to adjust kthe setting knobs when i play... all the time
What pickups are in that strat please? I have same amp, But with greenback speakers, sounds good but not like yours...

Do you need an atenuator to play in your when you switch the amp to 5 w too?
Ho una domanda: SV20H, più SV212, più attenuatore (tone king Ironman II mini). Questa combinazione può funzionare anche in casa? (ho una piccola stanza dedicata). Oppure è meglio il cabinet 1x12?
certoooo ! Ironman funziona bene. Devi controllare solo l'impedenza. Non ricordo le specifiche dell' Ironman.
@@DiegoLeanza Innanzitutto grazie per la risposta. Si, Ironman mini lavora a 8 ohm, e la SV212 ha impendenza 8 ohm (ed è proprio uno dei motivi della scelta). Faccio piccole cose fuori, per il resto suono quasi sempre a casa. La mia paura è che la 2x12 abbia una pressione sonora eccessiva. Ma in effetti, attenuata dovrebbe essere gestibile senza troppi problemi. Grazie ancora :-)
@@diegodandrea6091 non c'è tanta differenza in termini di volume tra le casse ma soprattutto cambia la risposta in frequenza. Vai tranquillo :)
Hi Excellent video. It's helping me choose to buy one. For the folks questioning the tone, over and above this gentleman's exceptional fingers and feel, his volume is rolled off to about 7, neck pickup used, treble is nearly off on amp and the normal channel volume is favoured, presence off. Just rolling off the guitars volume to 7 eliminates most harsh frequencies and softens the attack to be easier to play and feel. Happy to be corrected. Thanks.
PS: I though it was amusing choosing to play a well loved Stratocaster in a room full of about 20 Gibson Les Paul on the wall! Not one other type of guitar on the wall. Should've played one of those through the SV too. Regards.

Ciao Diego, un tuo parere sono fortemente indeciso su due chitarre principalmente sui Pick-up... La Fender American original 50 stratocaster con pick-up del 57 e la Fender 75 anniversary con pick-up Custom shop fat 60... Lo so che il parere è personale... Dimmi la tua 😀. I Fat 60 sono Alnico 2 quindi molto Vintage...

I settaggi sull'ampli che si vedono all'inizio del video sono quelli che usi realmente per questo sound? Ho la stessa testata e sono sempre li a smanettare con i pot per trovare un sound hendrxiano che mi aggradi, specie poi combinato con un fuzz.QUesto settings non l'ho mai provato, molo curioso di farlo!

Cosa cambia tra inserire il jack della chitarra nel I in alto e ponticellare il I in basso col II in alto rispetto a quanto fatto invece nel video (jack nel II in alto e ponticellati I in alto col II in basso)???
Mi confondo sempre con questa storia di unire i canali =)
gli ingressi in alto sono Hi e quelli in basso sono Low. Canale Treble ha più alte freq, il canale Normal invece ha piu corpo. Per tanto hai diverse combinazioni per tirare fuori il suono che piu ti piace.
