Yes! Your skin looks so clear. There is always a difference in skin clarity and weight when my friends and family go home (to nigeria). It raises a flag on the foods we eat here in the US (Even when your already trying to eat healthy).
I just love you and your sister! You both are such a breath of fresh air!!! ..... now I feel like returning to Nigeria.... August 2013 seems so long ago a visit :(
Excited! Look forward to whats to come! Came to you by way of your sister!!! I am a foodie and going to Africa is on my bucket travel list --- and learning to cook authentic from you will be fun! Your subbies are ready ...
I love African food! Its all i cook! I am going to definitely be cooking some more nigerian food- i done pepper soup for the first time and my husband loved it!!
Ah I had plantain, with ayamase stew(specially made spicy stew with assorted meat) rice and boiled egg, I just decided to go to Naija that way, I love egusi, yam( yam porridge with smoked mackerel) Jollof rice is my favourite with fried stewed beef. Suya is a must with garril/cold water with a slight drop of sugar, oh Lord Kezia I can't wait to see the videos rolling in.
Excited about the new foods especially the soups Kezia. I love yams, i grew up on whta we call ground porovisions; yams, eddoes, cassava, sweet potato (batata) and so on. You can fry them, boil them and bake them as you said. But in Guyana we make a dish call met-a-ghee....ground provisions in coconut milk with steamed dumplings made with cornmeal and fried fish that is steamed at the top of the dish, added vegetables such as ochra and pumpkin. You might know a few Guyanese in London that can introduce you. Again excited about the new videos plz keep posting.
The last soup you mentioned, we call it eru in Cameroon. But we eat it with water fufu instead of pounded yam like I've seen Nigerians do. :) It's absolutely delicious.
Loved the video Kezia! Cannot wait until to show us how to make those recipes. Your skin does look flawless, what concealer and foundation do you use? x
I LOVED this video!! :) I am a British African & Carribbean mix living in the UK, but although I have some memories of eating these foods I feel really disconnected from a lot of my culture. I'm really enjoying seeing videos like this from girls like me who are from the culture but are from the UK :) would love to see more!
New subbie here and I cannot tell you how hungry you have made me feel at this late hour omg!! I should have known better than to watch this now lol. Looking forward to impressing my hubby with some new recipes, cannot wait....thanks for sharing.
Can you please share any local spices which you use in ur cooking?Once my Nigerian flatmate at uni made a peppery beef stew and it was sooo good but I wouldn't know how to replicate it xx
I loved this food vlog, but I also love ur makeup in this video. What color is ur lipstick, its so pretty. I adore ur recipes, but a makeup tutorial wouldn't go amiss. Kisses.
Omg the beef at the beach!!!! Childhood memories !!!! Egousi soup ! Can you do that ? ( not sure I wrote it right) Ok you convinced me I will check out your receipts! Have a great day!
I'm excited because I love to cook and I'm going to marry an African who loves to eat. I have problems with my hands, so lately I've been teaching the things I've learned to cook in school and a few things from some of the people I used to take care of over the years that I was working. I'm so glad I've subscribed to your channel.
Ooh girl, please do share. I'm Nigerian too (Ibibio actually), and I would really love to make afang, atama, and edikangikong soups. If you know how to make any of them, please do share! I normally have clear skin, but when I went back a few years ago, I came back with even clearer skin and luscious hair!!!! Home is amazing! By the way, have you ever had epang nkukwo ( don't know if i spelled that right)...it's made with cocoyam and water yam rolled in leaves, with periwinkle and other seafood added in...delicious! If not, I hope you get to try it some time!

Yes Kezia! What do you use on your skin, my dear? You have beautiful skin and even tone complexion.😍😍 You should do a skin care/product video.
