@@ksvagabond Everything! The buildings you referred to as a "New Orleans vibe," date way back, and the dorms aren't new, but almost everything else is. The round building on the left at 20:08 was one of the last designs of Frank Lloyd Wright and was built around '62-'64. It is basically a new town with some historic buildings sprinkled around.

If you love it, then you should know it's Mill Avenue, not Mill Street.
