I love how different it looks compared to the other ships. In space no need to be streamlined. It has an intimation factor of "it's me and you have to deal with it"
I don't think the Mk2 is not star wars, but it's one of the only designs in Armada that has no other ship close to it. Honestly it reminds me of Cloud City.
I have loved this ship since I first saw it and read about it in a source book many moons ago. Also this is my favorite ship from the Star Wars Rebellion computer game from WAY back.
This is one of my favorite ships. I have had good luck running 3 of them in V formation where they run straight at a larger ship and flank and broadside on both side and front simultaneously.
I finally broke down and ordered a Space Tumor Mk2 to complete my Rebel collection. I understand your sculpt comment. I'm thinking of pairing with a Sato Providence and maybe a MC30.
My 1st order of ships to expand my fleets, I got one of these for the Rebels. Between this ship and the Home One Mon Cal, my rebels have some large cap ship options. I'm making another order wednesday and going to get all of the fighter addons for rebellion and empire. Fighters are a big part of the battles in the books and films even in a cap ship battle. I can't wait to see what ships they're going to add next. I think the Empire needs some more large ships and the Lancer frigate for dealing with those pesky fighters that the Rebels throw at them. Thanks for the great ship explanations and rule break downs! You have really fast tracked my understanding of the rules, I'm still trying to get them down pat but videos like this one really make the use of a new ship a lot better.

I listen to your Armada break downs while doing medial tasks around the house, etc.. and since I have started listening to you, my Armada game has gone bananas 🍌 🤣 💪 I’m seeing lists in a new way, considering synergies that I had not even noticed were present. Thank you for the information and I look forward to you future breakdowns as the game evolves ♥️👍😉🤗
I agree that it would be much more used if it looked cooler. Kinda want to print a model of the Battlestar Galactica and use it as a stand in... I legitimately think it would fit in with the other ships better 😂 Do you think the addition of the Rebel Providence has had an impact on how useful this ship is? Kinda feels like it does what the AF Mk2 does, but better in many scenarios
I don't like the attempt at triple Salvo on the Paragon build - people are just going to choose to attack elsewhere! Of LFC and Reactive I'd drop the LFC. Spinal is not great value on a ship that will only get 1 shot out it's front - Linked Turbolaser Towers is typically going to be better on this ship.

Remember, Reserve Hanger Deck only works with Swarm fighters, so only z95's for the Rebels
These are my favorite ship in the entire rebel fleet. I love their design too. Its way out there in comparison to everything else in the rebel fleet.

This is one of my fav rebel ships for some sweet ackbar love fleets.
It is kinda odd, but I think that makes the ship unique and I personally like the the bulbous shape with the lateral lines across the hull
Now I understand why many many rebel lists have these ships

I used to think it was ugly but it’s really not that bad. It’s grown on me.
It's one my favorite looking rebel ships,but needs more engines
Since I play Empire I cannot use this ship. I have faced several of them in a conga line with Akbar and let me tell you that can hurt a lot.

Man, everyone bashes the looks of the frigate, I always kind of liked it. It's like a space whale.
Nope... can't play it. Too Ugly. It's the same kind of ugly as the E-wing and the K-wing.
Get a 3D print if your group allows proxy? Mel's Miniatures has half a dozen different variants!
It is the most versatile ship but without a doubt the ugliest.
