Hi mate !!! ... Way back in 1978 when i was 14 my Dad bought me a Villiers Racing Kart with a 9E 3-speed engine on it !!! ... It was a non-runner as the points were in a shambles ... it was battery ignition fed .. and fuel was gravity fed !!! ... Some lads from my local school eventually got it sparking and running... (wow it was noisey) ... And when we took it cardiff Kart Club and it eventually started IT WAS POWERFUL !!! ... But the beautiful karts down at the karting club were the 250cc "twins" with their engines hanging over the side of the karts ... and just great noisey days that i miss very much !!! ... I swapped the Villiers for a bicycle with the local publicans son and Dad bought me a 100cc racing kart with a Parilla SS20 engine ... which i still have stored in doors ... I'm 56 now and look back and smile at those crazy days !!! ... THANKS FOR READING !!!
Ohhh wow! Love that! What great memories! Sorry to say the 210 Karts didn't work out too well for me. Too many failures and the series now in it's twilight years. The engines/parts are just too hard to come by with prices reflecting that. Thanks for watching! Was such a challenging thing to operate let alone set fast laps haha!
Alright mate iv got a villiers type 9e engine on a go kart but can’t find a exhaust to go on it and need quite few parts for it winding if you could help me out

@@CIRCUITDRIVERCARS yes. In theory with the correct injectors and turbo the new engine should be good 4 around 550 horsepower. I think I will be stopping around 380ish
@@davebgsi Sounds great.... and by great i mean sh*tting terrifying!! 380hp in a kit car....you mad. What kind of boost will you be running? That s14 i had was around 380hp and the boost came on like a light switch. Can't even imagine how nuts that would feel in a kit car!

cool kart i used to race in covekartsport series ,they had a team racing in villier kart
