    this is so helpful, I have been having trouble with warm transfers, trying to mute the customer to speak with the T2 that picks up but in the process I mute myself as well. This leads to it sounding like a cold transfer and customer cutting me off when I'm attempting to at least introduce myself and the situation to the higher agent.

    Has the accept call been updated yet? There shouldnt be an "OK" button, only a big "Accept" button right from the beginning

    Horrible system speciallly when it comes to do outbounds , avaya or Cisco are way better
