this is so helpful, I have been having trouble with warm transfers, trying to mute the customer to speak with the T2 that picks up but in the process I mute myself as well. This leads to it sounding like a cold transfer and customer cutting me off when I'm attempting to at least introduce myself and the situation to the higher agent.
