God bless you Brandon, much appreciation for the information based content! I have a artisan zero and I LOVE it. I've used Mousepad-company, qck+ (not sure if they've changed since '15) and multiple corsair mm200s. Artisan removes every single issue I've ever had in a mousepad, and if you ignore shipping and availability it's an incredible bargain purchase imo.
well you forgot to talk about size. I'm at the point where I am looking into buying a new pad just because my hien is so small. And besides, it is too fast for me, even after half a year+ not washing it. I think I will buy an aqua control 2 so that I don't have to worry about size or missing easy pump shots.
I plan to hopefully try a few of these, Currently I have a QCK+, GSRSE, Artisan Hyate Otsu v2, LGG Jupiter and a Skypad 3.0(atleast from my notable collection), I love just how much variance you can gain between different pads, some people may not think small things like this matters but it truthfully does matter to find something YOU are comfortable with. Loving the videos Brandon keep up the good work brother.
Just went with the qck+ with stitched edges. I've tried so many pads and honestly I just don't see anything being more reliable and consistent than this thing. Fixes the main issue with the qck which was edges coming apart. Honestly like perfect very slight more control than medium. Seems to hold up very well so far against getting dirty with dead skin/grease etc.
Any chance we could get a video on recommended pads to use with super glides? I've been using a hayate otsu for a few months with great success but I feel like the glass skates may have damaged the surface. It feels rather muddy as of late.
@@mashmadness4509 I washed mine yesterday. I'm going to test it out in a bit to make sure it's fully dried out. I'll reply back if that's helped at all. Update: I have setup the mousepad again. Testing it with Tiger Ice skates and super glides (two different G Pro X) it seems that the pad feels consistent again. However, the super glides feel like they've had heavy break-in.
The AC isn't coated... the plus was heat pressed. Think of taking a hot piece of metal to polyester and pressing on it. This creates a harder but smoother surface. The black version back when all where pluses was the only one that wasn't heat pressed.
would you mind making a video comparison between the X-raypad Aqua Control Plus vs artisan hayate otsu, ive been using the hayate otsu and it definetly feels like and end game mouse pad for me but im kinda curious about the aqua control plus
@@BTaesthetics for a humid country like India. Whats the best mousepad for valorant. Zero is my first choice but everyone says the Saturn pro is a better zero. But is it worth the price? Zero is cheaper for me
@@mahdiscool2826 I enjoy it. Feels great, smooth. I use a Razer viper v2. The left side of mine still a little lift I just need to stretch and weigh down. I recommend for sure as well
I haven't used anything other than a QCK Heavy in like 10+ years and never know what all the new terms really mean lol. Like is it a speed pad? What's its dynamic friction? idk lol
dynamic friction; someone correct me if im wrong, is the amount of force required to keep the mouse moving. static friction; is the amount of force to get the mouse to move from a standstill. For making small microadjustments, most people prefer lower static friction as it gives them more freedom or is just in general easier to correct the mouse. haven't used a qck before, tested around 20pads over the past year but from what ive heard, its a relatively cheap feeling control pad that wears pretty quick, would replace after a few months but damnn 10years?!
@@pranavtatavarti105 that is a factor too, the weight of the mouse, the force you exert onto the mouse, also the mouse skates you use (the surface area of the skates as well as the glide, which i assume varies based on the curvature and material?)
@@jordanlimantara1814 it depends on the material of the pad and how much i used it. Currently using a vaxee PA Black, id give it a wipe once every 5-6 weeks or untill it feels muddy.

Guys what mouse pad should i buy if i want a really slow mouse pad? i aim with my wrist and move with my arm, i tried the Fnatic focus 3 but its still to fast for me..and i need something slow. can yall help me out?(i play valorant)
aqua control 2 id put around a 7 in terms of speed. kovaaks trgt id put at a 5.5. Go with the trgt if you want more control. Go with aqua control II if you want more speed. hope this helps.
@@BTaesthetics 😅Ah man I already bought it. The other 2 mouse pads the snake/turtle, and dragon were sold out. I quickly bought the tiger one. Thanks though.

which artisan pad would you say is most similar to the ac2? a friend told me the zero soft is the closest option
i recently sent from the AC2 to the Radar and it’s easily my favorite mousepad ever
So many good control pads recently. Would like your take on the new Saturn Pro, Cerapad Kin, and Puretrak MF1/MF2 for Valorant.
The Wuxiang its crazy.

i have kinda the same problem with the LGG Venus and superglides. works perfect with PTFE skates, but not so with glass!!!

what would be perfect for apex? AC2, Hayate, LGG venus. I also play valorant but mainly apex. I already have a hien
Just a question on EspTiger Wuxiang 2 Pro; I was wondering how the speed is compared to pads like artisan hein and mercury.
look up artisan shidenkai/glorious ice vs hein. he says the shidenkai or glorious ice are similar to it
Which pad is as close as possible in speed and control to wuxiang 2?
when u test thes mousepads . mostly these controlish pads. do u change your sens for each pad or u keep it constant
i usually keep my sens the same unless the mousepad is crazy fast.
