Rare CC-Morgan and 1916-D Dime Jackpot Coins Found? A Treasure Trove for Only $40. Are They Real?

I found a listing of a guy selling 5 silver coins he "found" in a storage locker. He was asking $40 for the lot because he didn't know what they were or have the time to research them. 1885-CC Morgan Dollar (mintage: 228K) - One of the rarest CC Morgan's
1893-O Morgan Dollar (mintage: 300K) - Rarest New Orleans Mint Morgan
1939 Oregon Trail Commemorative Half Dollar (mintage: 3K) - Rare commemorative half
1884-S Morgan (mintage: 3.2MM) - Might actually be a real Morgan if I paid $40 just for this one coin.
