Hey thanks so much for what your doing! Very helpful! So im a little confused. Im preparing a launch of my childrens book around Christmas time 1st book/self-publishing). Its book 1 of a series. Its also a brand. I only just registered it as a trademark and its not protected until 2-3 months down the line. Im worried to continue with promo/ publishing website due to this. Did you trademark your title/brand before creating content for build up/buzz? I look forward to your reply :)

Yes. I did. But that’s because it was a BRAND way before it was a book. But don’t let that stop you. If anything publishing the book will strength your mark application.
