This was useful. I was able to find my iPad that had gotten covered up by some magazines (it already had Find My iPhone enabled fortunately), AND I realized in the process that my relatively new iPhoneX had never had Find My iPhone enabled. Solved the one problem and one I did not know that I had.
If my iPad is stolen and password locked how can it get on WiFi...it's impossible unless someone unlocks it and connects...So this is useless...Any ideas for my lost iPad?
